The EnergyPro software is marginal in its performance, but the tech support department is truly awful. This software is really not worth the money or the hassle when a public domain program is available for free, and it comes with better customer service and tech support.

90% of my experiences with EnergySoft over the last 8 years have been horrible. Support is a joke. They try to brush questions away. I'll often receive replies that don't answer the question, and refer to an FAQ that also doesn't answer my specific question. I've found mistakes in their software and it's taken me multiple e-mails for them to even try to understand what I had told them. When I finally did convince them, they had it fixed in the next software update. The sales team is the only one with a published phone number, so trying to reach the company in that manner will only put you in touch with someone emphatically frustrated that they get calls about the why their company, product and service are not respected in the industry.
Not as good as it has been. I ordered their version of a burrito and in the end, I did not find the burrito to be what I expected a burrito to taste like. For me the experience was disappointing.
I have eaten there before and always found it good.
