90% of my experiences with EnergySoft over the last 8 years have been horrible. Support is a joke. They try to brush questions away. I'll often receive replies that don't answer the question, and refer to an FAQ that also doesn't answer my specific question. I've found mistakes in their software and it's taken me multiple e-mails for them to even try to understand what I had told them. When I finally did convince them, they had it fixed in the next software update.
The sales team is the only one with a published phone number, so trying to reach the company in that manner will only put you in touch with someone emphatically frustrated that they get calls about the why their company, product and service are not respected in the industry.
