We came to Torx, needing a complete redesign of our outdated website. We explained what we were looking for, what our definitive needs were, what we wanted the site to have, and we explained we were on a short timeline.
Torx Media walked us through the overall process so we would have a general timeline and knew what to expect. Each step of the process, our PM, Sammy, was in touch with updates or rough drafts or information. She was thoroughly communicative and responsive! She also spent a lot of time answering our questions and managing the few changes we had.
All this to say that Torx Media blew us away. They created our vision, and then exceeded it! We launched our new site and met our deadline. The best part is that Sammy gave us a quick training so that we can update minor edits on the webpage. HIGHLY recommend!
