I recently had the opportunity to work with Media 3 and overall, I would say my experience was average. The company's website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made it simple to find the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did receive a response, it wasn't always thorough or helpful. Additionally, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency when it came to pricing. It would have been beneficial to have a clearer understanding of the costs associated with their services upfront. On a positive note, the quality of their work was satisfactory, and they were able to deliver what was promised. Overall, I would consider using Media 3 again, but I would hope to see improvements in their customer service and pricing transparency.
