Additionally, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency when it came to pricing. It would have been beneficial to have a clearer understanding of the costs associated with their services upfront. On a positive note, the quality of their work was satisfactory, and they were able to deliver what was promised. Overall, I would consider using Media 3 again, but I would hope to see improvements in their customer service and pricing transparency.
