Trying to get a hold of a customer rep at Mediusa is impossible. Even when I try to send them of email on their website it is rejected. Customer service needs to be reevaluated.

There is only one bad thing about my pair of socks I just on August 14th, there is a BIG HOLE at the big toe area I wear them over my regular sock because I don't cut my toe nails often since I'm diabetic I can imagine if I wore them under my regular socks guess I should have went with the open toe ones

OMG what a difficult company to deal with. Liz (customer lead) was just so rude, dismissive and insensitive. This all started out because they made a major mistake knitting an elbow and the sleeve had to go back. They knitted the elbow 3 times the size of any normal elbow. As per the company who measured me, this is a common issue with this company. Four weeks is inexcusable especially for this price.
