OMG what a difficult company to deal with. Liz (customer lead) was just so rude, dismissive and insensitive. This all started out because they made a major mistake knitting an elbow and the sleeve had to go back. They knitted the elbow 3 times the size of any normal elbow. As per the company who measured me, this is a common issue with this company. Four weeks is inexcusable especially for this price.
