What a worthless bank. Below my experience to deposit or collect money via GWK:
1. If you call GWK, the phone rings once and the connection is disconnected (even after 4 call attempts). You will also not get an answering machine on the line.
2. The GWK website is (still) out of the air, which means that you cannot see or check the transaction that was done for the website.
3. If you want to deposit money into your bank account, it is still not possible.
Question to the SNS: would the SNS bank as a backup also want to make an appointment with another (traditional bank) to give customers the opportunity to deposit money. This really doesn't work that way.

worst bank in the Netherlands, can't even deposit money into my account anymore because GWK travelex refuses. SNS cooperates with these clowns and is the only way to deposit money. Nice service again. Not used to it. Switch to the competitor today, after 13 years you are a customer with this bullshit.
