Wow. They're garbage. Their automated phone system...

Wow. They're garbage. Their automated phone system is by far the worst I've ever encountered. Worse than I could imagine. At no point did it function correctly. Every experience I've had with this company has been negative.

I don t know how this place became a company but they run a horrible operation. The poor people on the phone do their best, and they must be exhausted from all the people calling about the prescriptions they don t have. For the last three months my prescriptions, which are essential, have been arriving at least a week, up to two weeks, late. My Dr. has tried sending in prescriptions a week before I need them, but no luck. Two weeks after I m out of my monthlong subscription, a new script will arrive - and this is a script this company makes me fill on a month by month basis, and only through this service. I have no other choice with my insurance for how to get prescriptions. This is a dangerous and shameful company, and ought to be shut down for incompetence. My health has been put at risk by this organization which has been incapable of doing their job.

This is purgatory not only for me, but for the customer service. Feel sorry for who ever has to work here and the customer service representative did not have a soul.

If you hate your life, why take out the anger on those that call?

Customer service agent is literally giving someone an attitude to a customer who needs medication to survive, in reality they just want the world to end. Therefore giving misinformation that results to those people dying.

THE WORST EVER..... every single time I order it s a problem!!!!! Customer service is terrible! Especially Simon, told they will overnight meds & they never ever do! Spend several hours in a week trying to rectify the situation, no one knows anything, they continue to put you on hold and come back with no info! When you ask to speak to a supervisor they place you on hold then hang up! Is there a way to opt out! I would love to pick up my scripts at cvs. I am done with express scripts.

One of the truly worst customer service experience...

One of the truly worst customer service experiences, ever. After placing an order for a 3-months supply for 3 different medications, I kept getting emails from Express Scripts informing me that my prescribing physician delayed the order. I called my cardiologist office only to find out it was a lie. My dr's office confirmed the prescription on two separate dates. Next, the Express Script agent proceeded to give me other nonsensical explanations. I requested to speak to the supervisor who assured me the order was taken care of.
It was not. Lies again. As a result, I ran out of my blood pressure medications.
From the other feedback posted here, you can clearly see the completely poor performance on the part of Express Scripts.
If you have a choice, do not deal with Express Scripts.

One star is waaaaayyyyyyyy too many!!! If I can give negative 1,000 stars Its would still be to many.. pharmacy team is horrendous...they are holding my prescription which isn t even shipped yet...they tell me they won t override the prescription because the computers need to update first......they value their procedure more the human health. This company should be shut down completely. Definitely bringing this up my next union meeting express scripts is as good as gone. Btw....this isn t the first time this has happened me. In the past, they released the drug to cvs within the hour...now they tell me its policy for a 24 hr computer update . This company has terrible shipping processing,customer service. if you can run away....run!!....unless you enjoy arguments and not getting life saving drugs on time.

Can I give 0 stars? This is horrible. Customer service is a foreign word for these people. They yell at you and continue to talk while you try to explain your problem to them with massive attitude. These people should not work in a field where people call for help. I just wasted 30mins with customer service was transferred 3 times and ended up hanging up because no-one was able to tell me when my shipment date was for my prescription, which should be the easiest thing to let a customer know. Unbelievable!

When I called to find out when my medicine is bein...

When I called to find out when my medicine is being delivered because I am running low on my prescription the representative tells me it is going to be delivered in enough time before it runs out.. waiting for the delivery to come and I am going to run out of my pills .. I call them again to find out from a different representative that the prescription was not filled.. very frustrating dealing with Express Scripts and unfortunately because of my insurance I have to deal with them
