One of the truly worst customer service experience...

One of the truly worst customer service experiences, ever. After placing an order for a 3-months supply for 3 different medications, I kept getting emails from Express Scripts informing me that my prescribing physician delayed the order. I called my cardiologist office only to find out it was a lie. My dr's office confirmed the prescription on two separate dates. Next, the Express Script agent proceeded to give me other nonsensical explanations. I requested to speak to the supervisor who assured me the order was taken care of.
It was not. Lies again. As a result, I ran out of my blood pressure medications.
From the other feedback posted here, you can clearly see the completely poor performance on the part of Express Scripts.
If you have a choice, do not deal with Express Scripts.
