Mike was very kind and informative as he scheduled O2 delivery for my Dad on the day he was discharged from the hospital with covid pneumonia. Gus promptly came with the tanks, tubing, and extra supplies should we need them. He taught us how to set up everything and how to call them the day Dad recovers and doesn't need supplemental O2 anymore. Thank you Medcare!

Have been trying for over two solid weeks (daily) ...

Have been trying for over two solid weeks (daily) to get a real human to talk to about getting a new machine. Mine is old and a Phillips. Everyday I'm on hold for 2 hrs min or hung up on. Never had these issues when I started with them but it's been getting worse year by year.
Have resorted now to begging UPMC to find me a new supplier.

This place is a joke. I ve been having issues with the masks I received for my sleep apnea machine, so I called about it and was set up with an appointment for a phone convo with a respiratory therapist. I told the person that I set the appt with that I would be at work and would work my break around the appt with the respiratory therapist. This therapist called 15 minutes late therefore I was unable to answer. I called them back next break and was told there was a cancellation at 2:30 and someone would call me then. I took break late for the call and yet again they called late. 20 minutes late this time don t plan on doing anything around the time of your appt, because it s not like they are going to be prompt. Very disappointed with this company .

In April I ended up in the hospital with Covid. When I was released I still required oxygen. I worked hard and was able to wean off O2. I only used the concentrater I got fro Med Care for 2 weeks. We called to tell them to come get it.
Whoever we talked to said could they come the following week. Which was fine except they then charged me another month for supplies I used for 2 weeks. I work in health care and will never recommend this company to anyone and will try to get them another company.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt wit...

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I sent them their own stock form weeks ago that said to pick up their CPAP. They never replied and today charged my bank account $250 to BUY the machine! Also it is a recalled machine that may cause cancer! Do not use this company, period.

Beware! This is a scam! They charge you for things...

Beware! This is a scam! They charge you for things you don t get, there is no one to talk to. The staff is absolutely nasty and rude. If you deal with them, know it s a money hungry , no good company. Try to find someone else to deal with.

I don't understand why it is so difficult to get a foam cushion for a Triliogy!? It isn't platinum..it is plastic and foam! My son is rationed on supplies for a ventilator! He has been on this for over 2 years! His previous provider was so efficient!!Too bad they were out of network!

I had to give one star but wanted to give a -10 stars. I purchased a transport chair from this company in November 20, 2020. Was told I did not, even though I provided proof of purchase. MedCare Equipment called me today and said I purchased the chair from Lakecore Medical. I called Lakecore Medical and was advised that he stopped providing services to Medicare patients in 2002. Not only did I have this problem, but I was on hold for over an hour on the phone. As I am holding on the phone, I jumped on Chat at the same time. I was put on hold on chat for over 30 minutes because they said the person I was to speak with was at lunch. Well over an 1 1/2 hours later, the person was still at lunch. Very poor customer service. I really believe this company got my money and no longer wanted to help me with a replacement part. No worries, a complaint will be filed with the Better Business Bureau. I just got on the BBB site, there are a bunch of complaints about this company. WOW you would think a business would care, but obviously this one does not. BUYER BEWARE...use a different company

Very hard to get a live human on phone.
There is a big recall scandal with Phillips CPAP/BIPAP machines.
There is foam degrading and getting into the hose & mask that is causing cancers of various types ...beware !

HORRIFIC is putting it nicely. I don't understand why when you place a order that they don't let you pay your out of pocket costs IMMEDIATELY!!!!! They have to wait and run it through the insurance and they call you back days later. This place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN or THEY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE.
