I had to give one star but wanted to give a -10 stars. I purchased a transport chair from this company in November 20, 2020. Was told I did not, even though I provided proof of purchase. MedCare Equipment called me today and said I purchased the chair from Lakecore Medical. I called Lakecore Medical and was advised that he stopped providing services to Medicare patients in 2002. Not only did I have this problem, but I was on hold for over an hour on the phone. As I am holding on the phone, I jumped on Chat at the same time. I was put on hold on chat for over 30 minutes because they said the person I was to speak with was at lunch. Well over an 1 1/2 hours later, the person was still at lunch. Very poor customer service. I really believe this company got my money and no longer wanted to help me with a replacement part. No worries, a complaint will be filed with the Better Business Bureau. I just got on the BBB site, there are a bunch of complaints about this company. WOW you would think a business would care, but obviously this one does not. BUYER BEWARE...use a different company
