MEDASSET/LAKE POINTE MED CTR-CENTENNIAL MED CTR Review

My wife had an emergency operation last March. Baylor Scott and White refuses to work with our insurance. Almost a year and still not resolved. Stay away.

I went to go get an ultrasound too see if I had cancer. Immediately got a rude attitude from admissions. Great to get this treatment when Im trying to figure out if I'm dying

Literally went for problems breathing and hands going numb and they told me to TAKE A SEAT AND WAIT!!! They need to be CLOSED DOWN

I recently had a 7 day/ 6 night stay at Baylor Scot & White Lakepointe Hospital. This is my second stay since March of 2017. Frankly, I was surprised to see such a low rating. I was on the 3rd floor for recovery from surgery. The care that I personally received was AMAZING. The Nurses and Patient Care Technicians that I interacted with were great. There were 2 particular PCT s that were great. I only had 2 different night Nurses. Both were nothing short of awesome. I m not sure what people expect when being admitted and staying in the hospital. The food very generally sucks and it s not much fun. Maybe I got lucky and the 3rd floor recovery area is just where they send the all stars. Either way, I was blessed to have the experience that I had at this medical facility. Thank you!

Dirty building and unprofessional doctor, he rushed me out and was not thorough came in and already had my diagnosis without blood work or anything.

DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE OUT IN LESS THAN 7 HOURS! I IGNORED THE OTHER COMMENTS AND REGRETTED IT! PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE! DIDNT SEE DR FOR 6HOURS WITH INJURED NECK, THEN DR SAW me FOR 4 MINUTES !!! HE WASNT THERE TO TREAT mE ONLY READY TO SEND A BILL AND WE ONLY HAD 4 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF US WHEN WE ARRIVED. Others there were sick not injured and had first priority. I even said i didnt need an RX just scans. Same hospital 3 years ago didnt tell me i had a concussion until i asked as i was leaving why i couldnt see out of mt eyes ans dr then was the same saw me foe 4 min and left. This hospital really jeeds to find better staff. I will never return and have made sure to share with others not to go either. Have had 2 people since ask me and ive said drive ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS and warn others!

Went last night because my husband sliced his finger open. He was taken back quickly. My son and I had to stay in the lobby due to all the people coming in with the flu and strep. Which was fine but while waiting in the lobby I noticed a roach crawling on the bench I just sat down on. Took a picture of it but can't post it on here. My husband was back there for a hour and a half and got 5 stitches. Staff was friendly.
