Extremely rude and prejudice staff at the front desk. They are highly unprofessional and uneducated. The nurse have a HUGE attitude and do not listen to the patients. The nurse practitioner doesn't know anything either. They used to have a great staff but not anymore.
I did a walk in today. Service was fast employees were friendly...every last one of them. I was not there long at alll...... I will be relocating to this office
The front counter person in autugaville refuse to make me an appt even though I missed one because of my cancer dr very unprofessional should not be working there and I will report her further because this ain't the first time
The staff were polite and caring. They had patience to explain every process and answered all my questions.
Always a long wait. Rarely answer phones to take appointments. Have to basically come to the walk in clinic for anything you need. Then you come to the clinic and they tell you you need a regular appointment. Some locations better than others. One on blvd best location I ve been to still long wait. Schedule appointment far out.
Unprofessional haven t gotten my covid results in on two weeks I call everyday only to be sent to several different voicemails, came up there four times only to be told this person isn t in and to leave a note and I wasn t the only person up there for the same reason It s stressful I have to get retested again before I can return to work.I left so many voicemails and not one was return I will be contacting corporate because this is too much.there has to be at least one live person to speak to but they send you to these voicemails nobody ever answers

I've been bringing my kids here for years. It's a long waiting period but we love our Pediatrician, Dr. Zaied.
Receptionist at the walk-in office is very nice. When you go to the back, the Doctor and the nurses are very rude. My Child has, what turned out to be, a life threatening condition and they didn t want to write a simple order for him to go get an ultrasound!! I ended up calling the ultrasound place myself and telling them to call and request an order! They mistreat people because they have no insurance. My Son s insurance does not kick in until the 1st! He became sick between getting off my job insurance(he turned 26) and getting his own! River Region walk-in Doctors and Nurses are the worst! When we left, we got the ultrasound, and ended up at the hospital for emergency surgery! He is fine now! No thanks to River Region and those attitudes!!
