I want to start saying I don t like leaving bad reviews, in fact this is my first one, but I have found this company so unprofessional that I feel the need to share it with others.
I m the superintendent pharmacist (IPP) of a new pharmacy and me and my staff were trying to order a few stock items from them.

As it happens in the majority of the businesses, you can ask to the supplier if there is any sort of discount based on quantities. I rang MULTIPLE times to Medfx asking if we could speak to someone who deals with sales and it was given me the name of Kelly Tobin, including her telephone number and email address.

I m not even lying, we emailed her and called her more than 20 times I would say, leaving several voice messages, she never got back to us! We have been completely ignored. We have also rang again to the medfx offices to make them aware of the situation and the only thing they said was to keep ringing her, which we ironically did. Same outcome.

The time frame has been 2 months, almost 3, of constant phone calls, messages and email.

Sometimes, even if as a company doesn t have any discount policy based on quantities, would be fair enough to simply answer at the phone and say that they don t do it. Simple as that.

Ignoring customers is very disappointing, particularly if the only thing they wanted to do was placing orders with them.
Poor, poor customer service and very unprofessional company.

sorry to say that some staff in customer service are rude!Dont listen ,shouting not letting to talk,over talking you ...yes there could be some frustration with the bills and esp when you are overcharged( delivery)but not being patient and rude is definitely not the way to solev the problem out..the person who talk to me in such awful way -you made me cry...i hope you enjoyed that... Shame such people shouldnt be allow to talk on the phone with customers..very upsetting

Unfortunately, the MedFX customer service is the worst I have ever experienced with any pharmacy. I regularly use Church Pharmacy and Health Exchange Pharmacy and I find them brilliant with no issues whatsoever. Despite spending thousands per month with them, I find them very unaccommodating. On occasion things have been sent to the wrong address and there has been no apology and no attempt to rectify it so I have been left short of product in my clinic.

you have to type the pt name and also date?? how would I know all of it..All i want is to see the summary of my purchases.
Delivery charges go separately and I was overcharged.
Paper Ref orders do not match the ref orders on web..

Staff- mostly lovely but the other day I called to clear balance and i was transferred from one dep to another dep with long time on hold then the lady just hang up on me...
