purchase history is not available
you have to type the pt name and also date?? how would I know all of it..All i want is to see the summary of my purchases.
Delivery charges go separately and I was overcharged.
Paper Ref orders do not match the ref orders on web..
What a messy website!I have never come across to such website.You need to make it easy to navigate etc etc
Staff- mostly lovely but the other day I called to clear balance and i was transferred from one dep to another dep with long time on hold then the lady just hang up on me...
