We had been shopping around dealerships. The sales staff here exceeded the professionalism of any other dealership we had been in communication with. Mazda truly seems to be a step above the rest when it comes to quality. We are in love with our new 2020 CX-5 Grand Touring AWD.

Thanks to Dewayne and Matt for a great, no hassle buying experience. Matt was prompt and to the point when negotiating a deal over email. Came to the dealership with a price quote in hand and test drove the vehicle with Dewayne to verify it was all good. All in all I was in and out of the dealership in about 1.5 hours. Thanks again!

Kim Woodall was fantastic! After a bad experience at another dealership, we came in and test drove our 2013 Passat. Kim was very friendly, straightforward, and even got the A/C compressor repaired with no charge to us! It was a very refreshing, no "awkward moments", and no "slimy car dealership" experience!

We had a quick, pleasant experience with the sales people.
After making a great deal for a Mazda 6 Sport, on the way to pick it up, my wife decided she wanted power seats. Med Center had a Touring trim in the same exterior and interior colors. I didn't make as great a deal on the upgrade, but I was satisfied. Only took a couple of hours to close the deal, get the car detailed, filled with gas and ready to depart. Best car buying experience I have had at a dealer.

I had two recalls taken care of in one day. Actually, they were taken care of in just an hour and a half.

I had to take my 7 year old son with me since he is out of school for the summer. I was told ahead of time it could take up to three hours to complete both recalls. We brought plenty of things to keep us busy although the waiting area was full of things to do and comfortable for both of us.

The restrooms were immaculate. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were certainly surprised and happy when the gentleman returned 1.5 hours later to let us know the recalls had been completed and my car was ready to go.

Very pleased with everything all the way around. Thank you for your excellent service.

Best car buying experience ever! I have purchased 15+ cars and this was easiest purchase by far. Ended up buying 2 new vehicles here. From the sales guy to the sales manager to the finance manager everyone made the process smooth and easy.

I didn't realize how great our used car buying experience had been at Med Center Mazda until I later bought a used car somewhere else. Med Center gave a good price and made the process pressure-free and painless. They checked the car over thoroughly and fixed every problem so that it was delivered to us just like a new car. The only negative was that the new tires they installed were an off-brand. Overall, though, highly recommended!

Joey and Matt could not have been more helpful! I carefully shopped before I bought my 2020 CX9, so I experienced several dealerships and more than enjoyed my experience at Medcenter Mazda. They were not pushy at all, which was so nice! They gave me space and allowed me to make an educated decision. Would highly recommend this dealership and Mazda cars. It was the most comfortable car I drove and had the best safety features (I tested 5 other brands). Look no further than here!

I was driving my 2017 CX5 near there during a family medical emergency when my brake system lights came on. I went into the service department in near hysteria, with no appointment. They said they had at least 10 cars ahead of me and I would have to leave the car. It was not my finest moment, but the service manager and cashier, I am not sure of their names, were so patient and compassionate. They had me in a loaner and on my way to the hospital ICU within 10 minutes. I can't imagine what I would have done without their help. In addition to the great customer service, I received a call on Saturday, 2 days later, that my car was repaired and I was able to pick it up.

The service was great, my car was picked up at home they left me a loaner, I signed a release, I texted my DL & copy of my insurance card. They called me gave me an update before they proceeded. Once they were done, they called for payment and they drove my car back and gave me a receipt...easy!

Barry was great , he asked me what I needed, told me how long it would take, he came in and explained what was done and what shape my car was in. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. They had fresh baked cookies and coffee in the waiting room, really nice touch.

I've been buying and selling cars for 40 years, and never have I had such a smooth, pleasant, hassle free experience. Not just no games, but a willingness to bend over backwards to make the deal work for us. From beginning to end the transaction was characterized by courtesy, respect and honesty. Our salesman Joey Chance and the sales manager Matt Clarkson just made sure we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price, without stress, without worry. These are some straight up guys, and they have earned our car buying loyalty.

I tried to buy a used White Rubicon today from Dewayne. Their price was $46, 447. I asked to negotiate and they offered me $46, 222. I said I can buy a brand new one for just a few thousand more. I let them know I had cash and was ready to buy. I offered $43k. Dewayne told me no and did not even bring my offer to the sales manager. They don t want or need your business. Shop somewhere else

Have purchased a car from Med City and Mr. Fred Farmer in the past. Great experience so this was the first place we went to start our search for another automobile. Mr. Farmer is truly a professional as well as a considerate and straightforward salesman. Mr. Todd Meyers, Business Manager was equally as helpful and courteous in closing the deal. Worked with Rick over the phone from an online listing. I had alot of questions and he was quick to give me the details on the car as well as pics before I saw it in person! Exceptional sales professional. The car has overly impressed my initial expectations! The paperwork was minimal and the guy that had me sign was great and got me out fast with a 30" (approx.) touchscreen desk to sign on. This dealership has it together and i know others that say that Med Center is a great dealer.

Obviously, I don't smoke. But it's a huge negative if I leave a place smelling like cigarette smoke.

Was very relaxing l have always hated to go in and buy a new car. It seemed like a gang up on you kind of like telemarketers. I had called before I drove up to Med center Mazda discussed what I was looking for even actually came up with a reduction in price. They didn't have the color I wanted they said they would have one there waiting. The day Before we went up to Pelham we went here in town told them them straight up that I was going to Med Center so they were nice but it was a double team I drove exact same car exact same sticker price but they had an extra $1750 for things like tenting windows well they only reduced they price by half but before I left they said they had a little more wiggle room. Why not give your lowest price right off? So when we got to Pelham there was the car Billy was waiting they did what they said they would do so we have a brand new Red Mazda first time no buyers remorse and I'm 64 I have bought several cars in my life

Great experience in purchasing my 2017 CX 5 at Med Center Mazda. My salesman, Billy Mansel, was very patient while explaining all of the features of the CX 5. I felt no pressure to buy. It was up to me to do MY research and test drive other mfg. models before making a decision. I think this was a "win-win" for the dealer and the customer.

Ruben my saleman has went out of his way to work the best deal for me ( I can be a challenge at times ) he is very knowledgeable and understands customer relations. Ruben if you read this thank you very much sir for your time and patience. I have Never been disappointed at Med Center and if I ever had an issue Joe the GM, Matt and Adam the finance team and Ruben made it easy and a pleasure to resolve. This past year, I have gotten my car serviced here twice. Both times, I have left the dealership only to find that they made multiple mistakes while servicing my car. Both times, the only explanation that was offered to me was that the technician was new. As someone who bought my vehicle from this dealership I would prefer to get it serviced here, but I will no longer be doing so. This type of service is unacceptable and poses a safety concern to anyone getting their car serviced here.

Dakota Madsen was the best salesman I could have asked for. He wasn t pushy. He gave me the pros and cons of each vehicle I was interested in so I could make the most informed decision for myself. He made sure I was happy with the pricing before they ran my credit to prevent too many inquiries. It was a great experience! I recommend going and asking for Dakota. The 2 gentlemen that greeted us upon arrival were Great!!! It was the receptionist that did it for me. She was rude! I mean completely rude. And I guess partly because WE had disturbed HER lunch. This was who we had to see for the loaner car while our Mazda was being serviced. Receptionist just needs a class on customer service.

So this is long unfortunately but I'm furious. Went to replace a car I had totaled with a nice used car. The salesman and manager were fantastic and super helpful. Absolutely loved my experience. I was approved with my credit union for a car loan and just had to find the car I wanted. So on Saturday I found the car at this dealership. Went and did the paperwork but explained to Todd in finance that my credit union was closed until Monday. Todd stated we could do the paperwork and that it was perfectly fine to take the car that day even though he had not spoken with my bank. He did tell me that he could not submit my car warranty or any other paperwork until my bank sent everything in to him. First thing Monday I called and emailed my loan officer but couldn't get ahold of them. Tuesday, same thing. I called Todd and let him know what was going on but that I was trying. He said it was fine just try to get the check to him by Friday from the bank. So Thursday comes around and my loan person calls me finally. She explained a different warranty they had, that I wasn't even aware of, that turned out to be better for me and my vehicle. I explained to her that unfortunately I had a warranty through this dealership but she said it wasn't a issue to remove that one and she would call the dealership and handle it and for me not to worry about anything. Well not 30 min later I get a call from Todd with him angry at me. I explained what happened and he was mad that I didn't call him even though I explained that my bank told me not to so I didn't think I needed to. Then told me how I went back on my word and that I was being very unprofessional and that he had submitted the paperwork after he told me and my fiance days ago that he couldn't do it without the bank first. Then he yelled at me saying how generous he was for letting me take the car when he was the one who told me to take it in the first place when he hadn't even talked to the bank yet. Went in Saturday with the check, so a week after I signed the papers, and he didn't even apologize or anything. If it wasn't for the fact I was in desperate need of car I would have slammed the keys on his desk and walked out. Very unprofessional that I was talked to like a child over something that was out of my control.
