Store is practically empty , worse garden centre I've been too.. looks like it's about to close

Terrible service with broken promises. The owner is very rude. The warranty promise was not delivered. Overpriced products. Going to the competitor just half a block from where they are.

Went to get some veggies but they had only a little left. No Kale. It is a nice place.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE the owner rents a parking spot in back to a contractor that has been on CPTV and city news for stealing from the elderly countless times for snow plowing and interlocking work . Taking large deposits and never doing the work. The owner knows this and still helps this rotten contractor . This contractor has over 50 bad reviews on home stars and countless complaints with BBB .The city of Vaughan has been after him for working without a license and no insurance .changing his company name 8 times in 4 years .Hiring workers with no papers to work in Canada the list goes on and on with this thief . Stay away from this place and stop helping him by going there

There is no any warranty on any plants at this garden center.
We bought four trees for $970 dollars with no discount, three trees died. When discussing the problem with to owner of the garden center we were told that he cannot do anything for us. It was neither pleasant, informative, nor constructive talk. We've been loyal customers of the center for few years.The owner didn't show any appreciation of our business, or any effort to resolve the issue.

This place is a joke if you are a contractor... $60.00 a yard for topdressing / 50/50 normal cost $23 -27 a yard. Way over priced stay away

Not bad when in need of screen or crush. Very over priced though. Some days no ones around and it takes up to half hour for service

I called and asked for assistance and was told.they have a knowledgeable lady staffed but they don't know when she is coming in??

This is my and many of my neighbour's go-to place for triple mix and grass seeds. A cubic yard of triple mix is just $40ish and is enough to cover the front and back lawns of two houses. My grass is nice and deep green a
after treatment. Nothing but great results.

Just 7 days return policy, and sells the sick plants (This was what I met), not recommend.

Great garden center, the service is excellent and the staff are very knowledgeable and willing to help.

HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered 2 yards of 3/4 crushed and 4 yards of gravel.
The 3/4 crushed I supposedly received was 95% dirt.. very few ACTUAL 3/4 stone. I called to have it refunded and I m currently waiting for a response.. seems like they won t be helping so I am stuck with this dirt on the road. Will post an update if any. For now, I d steer away from this place.
