worst bank.they won't change interest rate and always high interest rate than big 4 banks.very irresponsible on calling back and very immature on banking system.i dont know how they are still survives from banking royal commission.

Had hoped to see that my experience with ME was at...

Had hoped to see that my experience with ME was atypical but looking at the comments it appears that the lack of transparency and access is common. I have been trying to set up credit card account to go along with my deposit account. No response... except for advising me that they had cancelled my application on my request. Tried to speak to someone from team but was unable to do so as the team who processes accounts doesn't talk to customers. This was left to a very sweet girl who was doing her best but was getting mixed messages.

Do not consider having any dealings with ME Bank steer clear of them, they do not have any empathy what so ever, don't listen. We are changing banks, ME bank promises the world and deliveres nothing.STAY AWAY FROM ME BANK

Unbelievably bad service. I reccomendeded to my so...

Unbelievably bad service. I reccomendeded to my son to put his savings in a term deposit. An emergency meant that he had to withdraw funds a couple of months short of the term. It took from October to March to acces the funds as well as a xomplaint to the ombudsman who discovered that through an me bank error. Tue withdrawl hadnt been processed. No apolgy no fast tracking due to delay and we had to wait a full 30 daua for withdrawal. 7nacceptable.

To be honest, I've been Me bank's customer since 2015 and have got any trouble yet, but certainly I've been enjoying their high interest savings account!
1 star deducted because they don't have any physical Bank! On-line and telephone banking only.
