Excellent company! The staff is incredible and really care about the customer's experience.

We purchased our home from MDL in April 2018. The MDL staff was very professional & comprehensive throughout the entire purchase process. Mike Loomis and his team are excellent, and I would recommend a purchase through MLD to my family and friends.

Awful company. We hired them after the Saginaw/midland floods. We left our home and entrusted them to do the work. They did NOTHING. Upon one of our visits back, we discovered that they had not done any of the work they were supposed to do, so my husband started pulling debris out of our crawl space. I called this company and asked them why they hadn t done any of the work, and they sent a crew out to pull the debris out of the crawl space that day. They again promised a dehumidifier would be brought out the next day. Never happened. They trashed my yard and my house for their one day of work that they were forced to do. Completely AWFUL company.
