I ordered a dress and boots-boots.
When I was wearing the dress yesterday, I saw for the first time that it is ripped on both sides! I don't know if I can sew it, because it's very thin, a kind of translucent material. When it comes to boots, I'm also not 100% satisfied. The heel and sole of the right shoe are different in color from the heel and sole of the left shoe. You can also see the sloppy gluing of heels - there are holes between the heel and the shoe itself.
It is a pity that no one checks the quality of these products before shipment, so they lose a lot. If only to push the customer with products ... Everything looks beautiful on the website, but in reality it is different.
I do not know if I will order anything from this store, which is a pity ... because you can see the potential.
I do not recommend ordering online, and when it comes to stationary purchases - I have no opinion.

You can be deceived quite well, the goods do not match those shown in the pictures and as you demand reimbursement of all incurred costs refuse explaining: "that the goods are not damaged" ... If that wasn't enough, they still tell you that blue looks like gray ... lack of customer respect, very disrespectful approach. Professionalism equal - ZERU. Adds a photo of pants that were supposed to be blue.

I do not recommend online orders !! The clothes that were supposed to be put aside for me were sold. The lady who wrote back to me after a few days ... tried to convince me that I gave up other reserved things. Dresses that were available only one day are now on sale ... Unfortunately, it is sad that the lady did not even show her personal culture, and well, not everyone found a good upbringing.

I ordered clothes 8 days ago, they have been put aside. I patiently waited until I could pay explaining the lack of information with a large number of orders. Today you wrote that I sold clothes because I didn't pay. Everything would be all right, were it not for the fact that I had no way to pay - I did not receive the details of the transfer or calculation of how much to pay. In response I received that you did not understand me. Although I do not know, what can not be understood in the desire to buy clothes? No apologies.
In addition (because I was a regular customer) you can write about the desire to buy a given item immediately after displaying it, and even before delivery with a request to put it away, after which it turns out that everything was sold anyway.
In conclusion, I do not recommend online orders, because the purchase is a miracle.

I gave up because how long can you wait, I really do not recommend it, it's a pity for the west. The same clothes can be found in other stores

After returning the dress purchased online, I did not receive the full amount I paid (the product was unused). After scuffing on Facebook, we managed to recover the full amount. The company explained the lack of a full refund because I quote: "the law is completely incomprehensible to us." Well, if the law is incomprehensible, you should either educate or close your business, not deceive your customers. I do not recommend to anyone.
