After returning the dress purchased online, I did not receive the full amount I paid (the product was unused). After scuffing on Facebook, we managed to recover the full amount. The company explained the lack of a full refund because I quote: "the law is completely incomprehensible to us." Well, if the law is incomprehensible, you should either educate or close your business, not deceive your customers. I do not recommend to anyone.
