Went today for an arm break in my 2 year old. Everyone was so very nice, and went out of their way to help take care of my child. The wait was long, but the staff and doctors did an excellent job of keeping us informed. Very thankful for the way the staff talked to and interacted with my child. Would highly recommend.
Friendly, fast and helpful! As soon as I walked in the door I was met by friendly staff who quickly checked me in. As soon as my paperwork was complete they took my vitals and got me into a room. The nurse entered immediately and was attentive and friendly. Less than 5 min later the doctor entered the room, addressed my issue and made me feel very comfortable with her friendly bedside manner. Best medical experience in Greenville country so far!
We got there early so we were one of the first ones. They were super friendly when we checked in. We were in a room quickly and seen quickly. The doctor had excellent bedside manner and was so sweet to my toddler. Overall, great experience

I just want to say thank your to the ladies on night shift these couple of days and especially to Dr. Garcia, who was so kind and patient with my mother and I. We had been going through a dispute with an Airbnb host about the bed bug infestation they have. We were bit all over and my face was swollen and my mother had so many bites I couldn t count. Well everyone took above and beyond care for us. Dr. Garcia took the time to picked up the phone herself and tell me she was sending an extra prescription for my swelling. Those are the qualities are hard to come by and people need people who truly care and want to help. Thank you so much everyone and please don t change, say kind to others.

Waited forever just to be told there was nothing they could do. There was, they just weren't "comfortable" with it. I hadn't slept in 3 days.
This is a top notch facility. The medical professionals are thorough and extremely knowledgeable. It is the best facility of this kind in the area.
Hands down worst experience ever. I went for sever cough, never gave me anything for it, then had to wait 8 hours before they called back. Called an said they sent off the perscription and it was never sent so had to go over myself. All I got was attitude. Not ok. Y'all need to get your act together, and help your sick patients not make their life harder.
Efficient and very effective! In a pinch I have been able to go to md360 on different occasions for different issues and every time I have been taken care of very well. I haven't met a doctor or nurse I haven't liked. All of the staff are very professional, personable and kind. I highly recommend md360 to any of my family and friends.
Our daughter's arm was hurt Friday night so we went in Saturday morning to MD360 to have it checked out. It was broken and the nurses took great care of it, wrapping it beautifully till we can get to the orthopedic surgeon next week. Dr. Layer saw us - she was wonderful! We were there 2 hours total with X-rays, etc. Probably would have been much longer if we had gone to the ER. :-)
On another visit, Dr. Burchard saw us to treat a bad case of poison ivy. He has a great bedside manner, took time to answer our questions thoughtfully and was clearly knowledgeable. We've been very impressed with the service at this location.
I ve had a lot of bad experiences with doctors and doctor offices but I highly recommend this place, I m currently 7 months pregnant and I have a really bad upper respiratory infection and with me being pregnant I m very limited to what I can take but they have been so helpful and really care unlike some other doctors so I am extremely pleased and thankful here.
They are always kind and efficient. Have had to go here a few times and always has good service fairly quickly.
Got there at 6:15 with a fever and there was only one person in front of me. It s now 8:05 and the Doc hasn t even seen me yet. Why pay a higher rate (other doc-in-the-boxes are MUCH cheaper) when it takes 4x as long??
I am only giving this place 2 stars because the staff were all nice and professional. However, do not waste your time here!
It took me almost 2 and a half hours to get in and out. I was taken back to a room quickly but then waited the rest of the time until the doctor saw me for the last five minutes. Two different nurses came in and took swabs for flu and strep, and a urine sample (don't know why that was necessary.) The doctor, though nice, told me that there was nothing to do and that it was not a bacteria causing my cold symptoms. I'm not sure how she could tell that from urine. I trusted her and now I feel worse.
I spent $40 and more than two hours of my life for someone to tell me, a pregnant woman by the way, that I just need to rest.
THIS IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. WAIT UNTIL YOU CAN SEE YOUR REGULAR DOCTOR.
Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. Dr. Jones was excellent and thorough in her examination and was also a very nice person. I did not wait long at all to be seen either. Thanks!
After not being able to find an urgent care dental office that could see my husband, he went to 360 due to a possibly impacted, infected, and highly painful wisdom tooth. Whoever the doctor or NP was on duty 1/21/17 refused to see him. Didn't even lay eyes on him to asses a possible infection. I called to get the doctor's name and they wouldn't tell me. Next step is filing a complaint with Greenville Health system. For an urgent care doctor to refuse to treat a patient without as much as a verbal evaluation is irresponsible and unacceptable on both an ethical and moral level. We will never visit a 360 again and will discourage anyone else from doing so.
We went in 2 minutes before they closed, and they were so nice! Everyone was so caring and no one was at all annoyed that they had to work later. Definitely recommend!
When I did my phone interview I was really nervous then when I went in I was feeling ok until I seen it was a group interview and I was never told it was going to be that way so that made me extremely nervous where I could not talk which was not fair and to top it off everyone kept walking in while I was at my interview I never was given a fair chance and didn t get the job.
Check in process was good, saw quickly. Nurse would not let me go back to communicate for my husband who was in severe pain. Couple of X-rays, sent him home with prednisone & exercises for hip pain. What a joke. Oh yeah it was 5 pm on Saturday, they closed at 6!!!!
Sent prescriptions to a closed pharmacy!!!!!!! I worked for Prisma Health and was embarrassed for them that their nurse & provider was not up to par, not compassionate at all!!!
Don't waste your time and money spending over $100.00 just to be told to see a doctor. They charge $100 to get in and keep it wether they are able to treat you or not.
I was very pleased with the care I recieved at MD 360. The doctor was great as was the nursing staff.
I have been treated there several times. Most recently treated for a fractured arm late in the evening. Excellent staff and doctors, professional and caring nurses. What's not to love about this modern, efficient facility. Great resource for the community.

The staff at md 360 Greer seems as if they are on drugs, the receptionist asked me what pharmacy I wanted my meds sent to & I told her CVS Batesville Rd. They sent my meds to UMP at GHS.
When I called to find out why they sent my script to UMP, She got snotty & told me I told her UMP. the staff at md 360 need to get their heads out of their ass & quit worrying about how they look when they screw up, & do their job like they've been paid to !!! I'll never go there again even if my life depended on it !!!
Brought my son which was gasping for his breath and alot of wheezing because he had a different type of insurance they fail to see him I was furious I think it shouldnt matter what insurance u have
The facilities are beautiful, and the nurses were very helpful, however the Doctor I saw had no bedside manner and completely disregarded my concerns and the reason for my being there. I went in for Strep, which I knew I had, and the swabs at the back of the throat never come back positive for me. I tried to catch it early, as we were traveling for 2 weeks on vacation, and tried to explain that I know my body and what strep feels like.
He said, "No, I know thats not what it is". He refused to give me any medication and said I should wait it out.
I suffered a severe sore throat for 2 weeks before finally coming home to our Primary Care physician and guess what... I HAD STREP! Idiot. I not only had to pay to see a doctor twice, I suffered through the one vacation I get a year. I will never go back here.
Great staff who was welcoming and friendly when we arrived. Although they couldn t estimate our wait time they told us how many were ahead of us which was helpful information. Actually, our wait wasn t long considering how many people were to be treated. The nurses and the doctor were professional and kind. We didn t feel they rushed to get to the next person. My condition and treatment was well explained. Very happy with their care.
Not worth it , i had bad experience for my wife and my daughter, after treatment condition got worsen so we went to doctor care on Wade Hampton .

It is a bit of a wait. But I wouldn t want my Doctor to rush on my health. I also don t go to a doctor to massage my ego or my feelings. I want facts.
My wife and I have used this facility numerous times. I ve never been the patient but I witness everything. Most visits are pretty Good as expected. Dr. Justine Uptak was amazing! She was very upfront and honest when speaking to my wife and I. She didn t result to a pill for a bandaid fix. She gave us info that will assist us in life as well as our mental/physical health.
Brought child in that had a viral runny nose last week that's turned into a bad bacterial cough. Told to use over the counter medicine and sent on my way. I don't get this trend to withhold antibiotics, especially with symptoms that are so straightforward. Save your time and money if you need antibiotics, order amoxicillin online and cure it in two days for less than over the counter garbage costs for two weeks of misery.
When a receptionist talks down to a 19 year old mom who is a better parent than 99% of most women, there IS a problem. My 4 month old grandson was refused medical treatment because of his insurance. I despise the Greenville Health System and MD 360 in Greer!
I ve always been very happy with the care provided at this location. Wait times are typically short and the doctors have always taken my concerns seriously. On my most recent visit, Dr. Byach (sp?) was so down to earth and I felt very much at ease.
Wow! I don't have a GP and I was having severe heartburn so I decided to give MD360 a try. AMAZING!!! They were fast and extremely courteous. They ran several different tests (EKG, blood work and even xrays) all within an hour of me being there. As soon as one nurse/doctor would leave, another one was in the door. They all were very friendly and didn't make me feel like an idiot for coming in for heartburn! I was in and out and on my way back to work all within about an hour and a half! Highly recommend!!!
3/20/21 4pm. First time here. Was in and out quickly and very smoothly. Front desk worker was very nice. Was very happy with the nurse and doctor. Very kind and understanding. They talked TO me, not down to me like I have experienced in the past at other places. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Female nurses and doctor were very rude and disrespectful. Male nurse was outstanding. Bless their heart they should have chosen another profession!
The doctor was very personal was the kind of doctor you want as a family doctor cared about you not just another dollar.amazing people all around . very informative and kind recemdy to anyone.I was the last person in the door and they didn't rush me out. I have been to other urgent care places before and had to wait for hours in waiting room and at least to in regular room and had people just push u out the door. Now that I know about md360 I will be going their from now on. FYI: you should even try the other places. Great place. Thank you to everyone that works their.
My mom went to several doctor visits and urgent care offices over a period of 3 weeks. It was not until Dr. Elizabeth Barrett took the time to do some lab work and try to get to the bottom of her symptoms. Thank you for listening to our concerns. Highly recommend Dr. Barrett at Prisma Health!

Have needed this facility many times over the last 2 years and the doctors, nurses and staff are Excellent! Every experience has been professional and thorough. My own family doctor has not been available during off hours and I have walked in here at 9PM or 10AM on a holiday week ( twice with grandchildren from out of state) and every step of the process was positive. That s important since I was not feeling well during any of the visits! I give MD 360 my highest recommendation.
Saw Dr. Burchard to have an infected cyst incised and drained. Not the most pleasant thing on earth, but Dr. Burchard walked me thru the whole process beforehand. As he was doing it, he told me exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. Super cool guy - easy going and very knowledgeable. The staff were great, the room wa clean and wait time (morning) was 10 minutes at the most.
Highly recommend.
Have been there twice in the last month or two. Both experiences were great. I saw two different doctors and they both were very professional. They acted as if they cared and listened to your concerns. They did a good job making you feel like your issues were important. I recommend Greer Md360. And I really hate seeing doctors but I would go to them again.
I have been to MD360 many times now, and I LOVE IT! I know I need to get my own MD, but MD360 is my favorite. Very efficient, wonderful staff and clean as a whistle! I wish I could make them my primary care!
Go somewhere else. I went in after being sick for 2 weeks. First question was did you have a flu shot? I said no. All she did was use the stethoscope and make me say Ahh. Then she told me I had bronchitis. No chest x-rays, no flu test despite me saying I hadn t had a flu shot. She prescribed me an antibiotic. Then the lady at the front desk hands me a piece of paper describing bronchitis in which the first sentence says antibiotics do not cure bronchitis and they might cause harm. . So here I am today, in the ER, positive for flu. With chest X-rays that show fluid. First question they ask today is why would they give you an antibiotic for Bronchitis? .
This place was very fast and very helpful. Dr.Gilmer did everything he could to make sure I was feeling better. He even called me personally 2 days after my visit, just to check up on me and to make sure I was feeling better. Dr. Gilmer was amazing!!

Two days ago, the rating would have been 5 stars. The doctor whose name I can't remember, but it starts with "Ba" was excellent and spent a lot of time listening to me and then making suggestions. Today, it seemed like the doctor couldn't wait to get out of the room--no concern or empathy in her tone or bedside manner. It was a total opposite from two days ago.
Highly unorganized place. Very slow in service and if you go there then plan to stay at least 2 hours. In my opinion urgent care should be quick and one should not wait more than hour.
They don't know to use the system to check what tests the doctor ordered. I went this morning and she affirmed only one test was ordered. After I reached home, she called me again, I located the orders now, can you come now? It takes a few minutes to check the system, what laziness???
I have been here multiple times and to the one at their boiling springs location... best experience I have had so far and that is including Spartanburg regional. Doctor Liza is the best I would even like to have her as a primary care doctor if I could.
Extremely slow. No care or concern at all for the patient and time. Do not waste your time here. Go to Spartanburg, much better care!

Let me start by saying when you are sick, one of the best feelings is having a healthcare provider with a wonderful personality. Doralyn Jones, DO is absolutely exceptional! She did a thorough examination and medicated me appropriately. She has a wonderful bedside manner. I have never been to this facility before as I do not live around Greer but I stopped by on my way to work to get my symptoms checked out. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time! I wouldn't have even minded if there was a long wait (places get busy and waits are normal) because everything else was so pleasant. I highly recommend!

Dr. Blank was very good. All the office staff all professional and helpful and the blood work doctor did very well as well. Labs yielded results I needed care for. Thankful I went in.
This is the most professional and sincere doctors office I've ever been too. I am continuously impressed on how nice, efficient and genuinely concerned they are for their patients. From the moment you walk in, the ladies and gentlemen that take your info are so so kind and patient. The nurses and assistants are top notch as well. And last, but not least, the doctors are amazing as well. Truly a great choice for an urgent care doctors office.
