I am beyond disappointed with the service and their lack of understanding and compassion. Multiple occasions I have called, been advised by Kelly she would keep me informed and call back. EACH TIME, I have had to make multiple calls to resolve issues. It took multiple calls to get orders sent to labs, physicians, etc. You will be better served to find a service that cares about the welfare of their patients. In my opinion, this service is about making money on your insurance company and you, if your paying co-pays or percentages of what they bill your insurance company

My sisters Lpn Jamie Wilson is really good the problem is with the people working the office now for indiana patients. They do not return calls and never answer the phone. I have to go through scheduling. It has become horrible and I am looking for another home care service for her.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would. They have been the absolute worst at not getting my mom's meds filled and not getting information right they couldn't even get my mom's address straight they take days to return your calls if at all. They are just horrible for home health care. I would not recommend these people to take care of a dog. They showed up at my house instead of my mom's and she didn't even get to see the ARPN and that was after we had already given them the right address several times! They are horrible don't use them!

This company is terrible. Our family trusted these medical professionals to advise us on how to best care for our father. We decided on our own to take him to the ER. Turns out his bed sores are severe and he has a staph infection. He is in very poor health and they never told us how bad his condition is. We should have been advised to take him to a hospital a long time ago. They definitely dropped the ball. They have had appointments that they never showed up for, and didn't even call to let us know.

Sadly I'm a patient with this fly by night group on the phone they're condescending and pass the buck my nurse practitioner Misty N Dill to my face said she would give me medicine to help me cope with the tragic loss of my 28yr.old sister.five days later I'm still without medication hanging on by a thread. I've called and been talked down daily. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to them. I guess they can't bill my insurance for a call to the pharmacy.

We have had excellent care from Misty Dill for my father with dementia, cancer, and kidney disease. She is kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service to any homebound patient. Prescriptions are promptly sent to pharmacy. Xray and lab work are even done in our home. It has been a great relief to not have to take my father to a doctor's office for care.

I'm not happy with the service. They sent out a different NP who was not able to refill meds because she does not see my grandma all the time. We have put in several calls only to get no answers back. Now my grandma is out of her meds.
