I couldn't recommended McSport enough, in the shop they were all great to talk to when we were getting our bike. We did have a little issue with one of the pedals but replacements were sent out and the service team were a great help. Ill be back for any other exercise equipment in the future.
Fabulous service as always delivered a day earlier than expected. Bought the HIT stationary bike, great piece of kit would highly recommend.

I just wanted to say thanks a million to Aoife in customer service for helping me with my order. 3 out of 4 items were delivered incorrectly, which happens so no problem, my previous orders have been perfect.
Aoife got the correct items shipped out straight away and included a free foam roller for the inconvenience which was really appreciated!
I had been waiting a while for a refund due to an error with my order but, this is understandable due to the current situation and how busy they are at the moment. There was a small issue with the processing of my refund but Gillian & Sarah were very helpful in getting the issue resolved and processing my refund in due course.
Don't make a mistake to do business with them! This is the worst online shopping experience I have had in years.
Firstly - the sell items they don't have, so prepare yourself for at least 2 weeks waiting time, before they even get it to Ireland! I have waited 2 weeks.
Secondly - they gave wrong address to courier (!), so the package was not delivered on the promised they. This wouldn't be that bad, but since they sell heavy stuff, that you have to order to your home, I had to take a day off to get the package - but the package didn't come!
Outrageous, poor client service, I will never ever order from them anything again. I truly regret buying from them.
Due to the early lifting of COVID-19 restrictions I ordered a set of precision marker discs for collection in a hurry as I needed them in order to get my classes back up and running at a social distance. Dawn went above and beyond to help. Fantastic customer service under such challenging times for every business. The quality of the product is super. We tried several equipment suppliers most of which are unable to cope with the demands at present and were uncontactable. MC Sport were the most responsive so they won our business. They have been excellent to deal with. A special mention to Dara Lawless who was a pleasure to deal with.

I bought a squat rack, bench and Olympic weights from MC Sports only to find out 3 days from the day of purchase that the items I were sold were actually sold out. Anna was able to find me a replacement squat rack and bench and I was told they would be dispatched that day which was a Friday. I rang again on the Monday after to ask why I hadn't received an email saying the items were dispatched only to be told again that they would be dispatched that day. Still no dispatch email on Tuesday but was told the items were dispatched the evening before but was told JMC couriers were delivering yet JMC had no records of me. Then I was told that DPD were actually the couriers and that they would give the tracking number. I did not receive my tracking number until the Wednesday, after DPD had already attempted to deliver but claimed Mc Sport didn't give them my Eir code or phone number. It has taken 2 weeks now. Very disappointed with this service, would not recommend to anyone!!!

This was the first time I had used this company as it was local and it will be my last.There was a short on my order. I contacted customer service and got a generic responsel that the freight company must have another parcel. Four emails later and nothing more. Avoid.
I am so impressed with McSport that I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. There was a small problem with my order and the McSport team personally called me within minutes to offer a fantastic solution and have it delivered well within the time frame that I needed. Great online shop - lots of options. I ordered a warrior mat and the Fit Mad Loop Band of 5. Great quality of products for the price! There was a bit of a delay on my order though about 2 weeks and a half, there were no comms after I received the order confirmation. I rarely leave 1* reviews but I am totally disappointed with this company. Taking into consideration the volume of deliveries, I have been very patient until now. I have emailed a couple of times, to get an automated response that the time is 15 days, which it does not say before they take your money.
Got a response from customer care this morning and then a text from DPD that my package would be delivered between 10-11am. No sign until I get a call at 1pm from driver with my delivery.
Expecting 5 items, I receive 2 of the 5, no paperwork or email with ' out of stock' or to follow' or the option to be refunded! Nothing.
Calling the ' customer care' line and it is ringing out.
There is alot to be said for a company who keeps the customer informed so it there is a delay, they know about it!
Never again will I order from this company.

5 start service! I was looking to purchase a treadmill for some time and had made a lot of inquiries to different companies. Every company I spoke with were trying to upsell me and using clear as day sales tricks. I contact McSport and spoke with Scott. I explained exactly what I was looking for and Scott advised there were two models that suited my requirements. I asked him his opinion and he advised the lower priced options was more than sufficient. I order a treadmill that day and I it was delivered 3 days later. I have since referred a good few friends to McSport and I will be in touch to purchase other stuff that I need shortly. A bit of trust goes way be purchasing online.

I Placed a large order with McSport for my home gym set up after a successful trial run order. Terrible experience with McSport. I ordered a myzone device, instead they sent me out just the belt with no device in what looked like Aliexpress packaging. After several attempts of trying to make contact with their customer service they informed me that they had made an error and would send me out the proper box. They then gave me the wrong tracking number with DPP and eventually when I received the package 10 days after payment they had opened the box and packaging and removed the belt out of the new box. Essentially I have yet to receive the full package for what I ordered. I understand there is human error in the warehouse but customer service should have at very least made sure I received a device with full contents as I had ordered. Will not be ordering from them again. I would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered weights on the 16th of October and still have not received. While I understand it is a busy, difficult time, communication is very poor and I don't have an update on where my order is.
I came 2 hours late to pick up my order but a guy on the phone said he will let me pick it up anyway even though he was going home! Give that man a raise! Excellent service despite Covid-19 restrictions! Everything was done safely of course!

Second time I buy something from McSport, both times very happy with the quality of the products and the fast delivery.
Rang on the 23rd of September to ask a couple of questions about a bench I was looking at. Was told the bench and the other items I was looking at, were all in stock and should be delivered within the 5-7 days as stated on the website. Ordered everything and waited. No sign of items ,so rang on the 5th of October and was told they were on the way and should be here by the7th and that they was a bit of a backlog with delivery's. I understood with everything going in the country. Still no sign of items on the 7th ,so rang again. Was told that were definitely shipped and was giving a consignment number. With the consignment number I found that the order never left the warehouse with the courier company. Rang again on the 9th and explained everything, so they repacked my ordered and offered to ship it again, which I declined. I went to collect it myself. Staff couldn't apologise enough for the delay but I wouldn't buy off mcsport.ie again. The savings I made ordering my items ,I lost with having to travel to Dublin. The delay was unacceptable. I've read other reviews stating customer service is terrible, never answering phones or replying to emails but in my experience the staff always replied and were helpful as much as they could. Quality of products is top notch but the experience I've had would turn me off ordering again

(Scammers)we bought 3 treadmills that we were serviced with new parts, new screens and belts fitted 2 of the 3 treadmills had faults one still has a fault with the top panel after nearly a year of calls they told me they would replace the part if i could switch the panel with another to diagnose the problem i did and found that it was the board and then they told me it would be 800 this treadmill was purchased with 3months warrenty and they were made aware of this in warrenty period so it should have been repaired. I heard alot of other cases since out issues im still not prepared to let this go and will be setting up a facebook page for anyone else that is looking to lodge complaints and take things further as mc sport are just removing reviews.

I called McSport for advice on buying a cardio machine that would be suitable for my family of four people, with varying levels of fitness. I had a conversation with David Hynes who was extremely helpful and easy to talk to (I'm not terribly knowledgeable about gym equipment, to say the least). David steered me away from the more expensive machine I had been considering(which would have been completely inappropriate for us), and on his advice, I bought the HIT fitness G8 Indoor Cycling bike, which was delivered within two days and was easy enough for my husband and I to put together. The bike is very solid and is working beautifully. Delighted with the purchase and very impressed in particular with the approach to customer service.
I put in an order and got sent out a cheap foam roller the one I ordered was 27.95 and I got sent out a cheaper one that was worth 19.95. I sent and email and got no reply about it and also tried to ring and no answer!! Would not recommend

Waiting on a refund from this company since the 8th of April, I understand that in the current situation a lot of companies are busy and under pressure but it certainly doesn't take 5 weeks to process a refund!
