Terrible experience with McSport. I ordered a myzone device, instead they sent me out just the belt with no device in what looked like Aliexpress packaging. After several attempts of trying to make contact with their customer service they informed me that they had made an error and would send me out the proper box. They then gave me the wrong tracking number with DPP and eventually when I received the package 10 days after payment they had opened the box and packaging and removed the belt out of the new box. Essentially I have yet to receive the full package for what I ordered. I understand there is human error in the warehouse but customer service should have at very least made sure I received a device with full contents as I had ordered. Will not be ordering from them again. I would give zero stars if I could.
