MCS Security is a well established, well ran Security company with all the staff passionate about their roles, I have been a long standing Employee for almost 10 years and I couldn t recommend this passionate, professional security company more 10

What a shocking company even the Staff are rude never felt so judged just because of how I look really!!

That Dean is such a pig to woman!!

If you want to retain customers, DON'T USE this security company!!! I got harassed today for trying to walk to & use an ATM to get money out to buy medicine for my heart condition. The security guard was an African looking guy, I asked him what his name was & at 1st it sounded like he said Abraham & when I tried confirming his name to lodge a complaint, he refuse to tell me his name. They're paid to do a job, not harass women or paying customers!

One of the blonde chubby Security guard just let go a group of regular SHOPLIFTERS because he said "Yes I know them personally". They don't care about shop owners and don't even care about employees getting assaulted by thieves. (they were caught in the act stealing)
Poor response time and doesn't cooperate with the Police. Pretty useless.

Witnessed one of their Isuzu vehicles speeding and swerving all over wanneroo rd and Flynn dve 15/08/20.

I am currently working for them and they are one of the best employer in WA.

Rude employer , who never care about their employee. Never thinking about good customer service or train staff properly , it is all about money. No one should work for them unless you just want to make money but working in horrible workplace. Just another rubbish Security company in Perth.
