Horrible company and service.
Guards usually no shows, guards are being brought to the property not being trained to do their job or meet company standards, late, rude, leaves early, sleeps in their cars or harasses employees and guests.
Constant turnovers with a new guard every couple of days.
Zero cooperation for HR, sales, dispatch or ownership.
Upon being contracted, I was told there would be a supervisor checking on the guards every few hours - it was a lie.
I was told when a guard no shows another will come to replace the guard - that too was a lie. No one ever showed up nor did dispatch communicate.
I constantly had billing issues.
Delta claims they have this GPS system that tracks their employees at ALL time. Supposedly it tracks the person to where they're at or makes sure that that they are constantly moving but that too was a lie - it was only a reporting app based on whatever the guard enters. For the most part, my staff and I witness guards do nothing and submits a reports with a bunch of random pictures only - even a guard who sleeps in the car most of the night or sleeps in guest bathroom that leaves 30 minutes to a hour early has a full report.
Many times, master keys were misplaced or removed by the guards.
Whenever my concerns were addressed, I was only being told maybe its best we part ways in which we did.
