MCR Group Review

My experience working with MCR over the years is completely positive, they are held in high regard amongst the general construction Personell, and I can trust the company to have my best interests at heart.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and will do all they can to insure each employee has the work, the advice if needed and any problem you might have is dealt positively.
I personally never had any particular issues with MCR and I am happy and proud to be a minor part of the MCR machine that is construction recruitment.
I have always been treated with respect from everyone at the company which I appreciate.
I ve had the opportunity a few times to go to different building sites for work with different agencies, but unless it s with MCR I always say no as they have always looked after me with work and advice and I know the guys in the office have as much respect for the people on the ground which is obviously reassuring.
I would recommend the company to any person or company looking for employment or to staff their sites in the construction industry because of peace of mind and the reputation of MCR with all the major leading construction companies nationwide.

Very good to work for there for 4 years and no trouble to deal with

They don't tell you your proper hours they I was told 7.30 till 5 and when I got to site it was 7 till 7 Monday till Friday and 8 till 3 Saturday with younge kids at home they couldent even reach agreement from 7 till 5 so they can't give any more work one the worth agency's around dublin

Now is almost 3 years I work for them. Never had a problem with wages or something else.

It would be a zero if it was possible. I would love to chat with anyone who disagrees with me. But id say any rating higher than mine was probably reviewed by one of their many corrupt lying office staff.

Working with MCR for three years now,good company,really good agents,never had a problem with them.

Terrible! Look out for their promises about work. They don't pay overtime nor saturdays as per law it should be. Best to send them someone from tax revenue office.

The job sites are totally saturated with vacancies they dont have. These guys are not the only ones doing it. It is illegal to meas-lead people. Guys have some respect for people who put in the energy and effort to apply.

This is the worst place,agency and people you can work with!!!!!Thay treat people like private property, bullied and humiliate people as thay slaves.Specialy agent Ian he told me to call him Friday afternoon to late me know where to go Monday, when I call him he olredy went to holidays!!!!!!Idiot,hope soo someone tomorrow gona treat him same way he treating others,three different sites nobody said one nice word about him or agency.Never again, thank you.

Started whit them, told what the job was sent for totally different job. When payed wages where alot less than what they seid they would be. Stay clear and go whit a trusted agency.

If you are hard working person this is company for you. You can work different type of work gain new skills and experience. Always good thing they will try to find you work close where you live or at least easy way transport to workplace. Fair and good communication with management. Of course you have to know that lot of things depend on workplace, type of work you are doing and people in your work place.

I gave 5 stars cause they re a 5 star bunch of chancers, promise loads of work, then don t follow up on it. Their motto iscontinually change the guy you deal with in the office. Always first name basis, Paul, Then Mark, then some other fella. Mostly with Northern Irish Accents. I think it s mostly same fella, calling from different phone(s). Buyer Beware.

A complete case of incompitency. Worked for them 4 weeks ago and still waiting on my wages. Emailed my details through 3 times to which they tried to cover their own back and say they never got to which I have all my copies my end. Organisation of jobs is chaotic. The employee satisfaction and PR is 0%

10 to work on dangerous construction site 40 hour's/weekly this guy's are pure comedians

I have worked for mcr (cleaning division) for just 6 weeks i would have stayed if my new job opportunity didn't "knock on the door" (better pay)... in my opinion best managed cleaning company in Dublin, i have Experience from workin in different companies Noonans Etc... Wages always in time management is fair enough and also plenty of work atm thanks to keith workin in the office...

Well i have been with MCR for a number of years, i started off in retail then moved on to the hospitality sector.
The pay is very well starting off and the more experience you gain the more you can earn. The management are very friendly and co-operative and not once have i had an issue with them. My pay was always on time and sick leave was offered and you get great benefits from working with the company. I would highly recommend MCR to everybody for a professional and reliable service.

MCR is one of the best if not "thee very best" Construction Agency in Ireland.

I've worked for them for quite some time now & my agency superior is friendly, trustworthy & never fails to let me down when work has ended or is coming to an end on a current site I'm working on... He always has another job lined up for me...

Bad company, when you finish work, have to long time wait for money, every body don't care about you, only when you work, better don't start work with this company,and no problems after.

I m working around two years in the cleaning division for this company.
Never have a problem with payment or anything else.
They respect the people and in my opinion is the best cleaning company in Dublin.

They never pay workers properly. You have to constantly review the hours worked and fight to get paid.
