Had the best experience ever in buying a Charlottesville condo with Mark Mascotte. Great service.

I have no clue who these people are, but they sent my workplace an email to write a review. So, I am writing a review. I have nothing to go on, so we'll go with average despite the unexpected email.

It is my opinion that Jim Faulconer is the most knowledgeable, capable and connected realtor in the area.

Steve McLean worked hard to sell my property. He showed it numerous times even through the winter. His assistant Tiffany was also excellent about filling in to show me properties when he was unavailable.

We were making a cross country move and Steve McLean helped us with our home purchase. He was knowledgeable of the Albemarle area, the city of Charlottesville, and even knew the neighbors on our street! His negotiating skills helped us purchase the property when other buyers were interested and maybe even favored by the seller. After we moved in Steve has continued to answer our questions about the market when I call. He s courteous and kind, and we would use him and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in Charlottesville.
