Waste if time unless you want a shack that look like a bomb shelter

I saw an Ad for a $750 "studio"; I called the Agent Ms. Cruz and I filled all the paperwork. I did not see the apartment on day one, day 2 she shows up late and calls the place and come to find out that the "studio" is only a room!!!! Since she said that would not be good for me she asked if i wanted to see an apartment in Marble Hill for $850 (way above what i can afford) and of course I was excited but she could show it the same day, so she told me that I could go and see this apartment the nxt day, I had to call her to find out what was going on with apt., still nothing but excuses, she emails and tells that I can see it saturday, no calls all day, i get home on Saturday she emails me!!! to tell that she can arrange on again for Saturday She never called me or even left a voicemail This realty company is unprofessional and it shows. p.s. might i add this lady is very loud!!

Mr Mckoy is slumLord of the Bronx. Does not maintain his properties. Very unprofessional, loves money. This particular apartment above the office is filthy. Leaking ceiling, 1 of the bedrooms have a leak and it seems to be sewage water its smells. Rat and roach infested. The rats live in the walls. If you open the windows they may fall out. There is a raggedy carpet on the floor that he refise ro change and im guessing because he dont want to fix the floors. The kitchen walls are not painted it's just the raw primed walls. The cupboards are broken the lights in the bathroom broken. He repairs nothing! I have spoken to other people that have rented properties from him and they all had the same experience. DON'T BE FOOLED BY HIM SAYING HE GOING TO FIX ANYTHING AFTER YOU MOVE IN HE WON'T. RUN!!!

I would never refer nobody to this place. Not even an enemy if i had any. The old man working inside gives Terrible customer service. I just moved to NYC from Hampton, Virginia. I went there on a hot summer day with my wife and child in the stroller. It was about 1:pm and the place was empty inside. I tried to open the door to enter and ask the elderly looking guy working there about a place for myself and to ask a question about accepting programs for someone else. The elderly man sat inside the air conditioned office staring at us through the glass windows for about 5 minutes as if he did not want to open the door. This gave me a vibe thinking this business must be a fraud. This Must not really be a realtor. My wife knocks on the door to ask if he is open. The rude man buzzes us in and says "I have nothing available for you, I thought you would realize that when i did not open the door. My wife was livid, before i can even get my foot in the door I hears her saying You do not have to be so rude, very unprofessional. No wonder this place is empty as I pulled her out to leave. It was too hot for nonsense. We left and drove right down on 239st and white plains rd. by the dollar store to a polite respectful realtor that was pleased to help us find a 3 bedroom townhouse on 231 st. And provide us with program info for a friend.

They scam me and took my money, i was pregnant and i should have gone to some place else but the girl in the front was acting so nice and brain wash me and told me she would help me and she didn't it was a mistake i don't recommend this place to nobody
