My grandparents have been living here for 8 years now and every day is a new adventure. I love coming to visit for happy hours or joining them on one of the many community outings. The staff are always so welcoming and the food is exceptional!
Horrible place to work DO NOT WORK HERE! It's not worth wasting your time. Very unprofessional, everyone is clueless about their jobs and they mess up everything paperwork, money etc this is not a place you want to stay and advance at. I have had the most horrible experience at this place.
Have a relative there and they love it. Would recommend to anyone who asked me.
It's a great living facility for the elderly with more then 5 restaurant a full golf course and inside weight room and a physical therapy room with a full nursing staff. And much more
The residents are what make the place fun, and they make the job. Try not look to administrators for help or you will get fired by that blonde tan woman.Try to stay upbeat, and take the extra hours. Look on the bright side and pace yourself if you are floor staff. Try to avoid burnout, and use your PTOfor when burnout occurs. That s the most honest advice I can give.
Facility was first class, the staff was very friendly and the residents seemed very active and happy.
I'm so glad we found this place. It's friendlier and more comfortable than other places we visited. A lot seemed like hospitals and we're kind of depressing, but McKnight Place is homey and there's just an active atmosphere. I noticed that and smiles on faces of employees and people who live there and that really stands out. I feel good having my family member there.
At first, I wasn't sure about the food but they got a new chef about a year and a half ago and now things are REALLY GOOD. I've been impressed.

The food is delicious! I joined my grandparents for dinner and loved every bite. And the after dinner concert was a great way to end the evening.
The manager is very rude, threatening and has no professional skills for being a manager at all. Her delivery as a manager is horrible.Which she only been there 3 months. But, besides her. The nurses are awesome and very helpful as well as all the other workers. They deserve better management!!!!!!
