Probably one of the best grounds in Australia. One of those iconic places of Melbourne and Australia. I love coming here and watching the footy. And have really enjoyed taking some photos with the G being the main subject. It's a really good place to do some drone photography.
Love this place, feels amazing to be back after the year away. Just wish my team showed up as often as I have this year.
When the mascot is more entertaining than the game being played.
There is no such thing as a bad seat at the G unless it rains and you are exposed. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Recommend higher seats to avoid the rain.
Covid restrictions seem strange when you re kept to certain areas and although you re not supposed to congregate near the facilities it wasn t policed well and it seemed better off not to have the restrictions. Good facilities, but had to try 3 soap containers to was hands. Great oval though
Cricket is a minor sports in the world, like a baseball .This stadium is huge with 10.000 capacities. What can I say ?
It is a sacred ground for Australians. deep respect.

It is really good place to feel for out of towners why they love so much about this sports.
MCG is an amazing place. Its full of history and tradition. Entering the stadium is very easy. Just scan the government QR code get your bag checked and yourself scanned by security and finally scan your card or QR ticket. Sounds a hassle but the G does it in such a way you feel safe.
Great to have a big crowd back at The G for the Anzac Day blockbuster. Lest we forget...

Had a wonderful experience here for the Collingwood vs Essendon ANZAC day match 2021. Was easy to get to, sign in and scan tickets to enter. The layout and space of this stadium is amazing. Staff were great and I had a fantastic time. Can't believe how well the layout allows enormous crowds to flow in and out so easily!
Famously dubbed cricket-lovers Mecca and rightfully so. This stadium is unlike any other cricket stadium. It is humungous and there is beauty in its vastness. You have to visit it to feel the magic. The services and facilities are top notch as well. Food and beverage option are nice and service is usually fast. I am not a beer lover but nothing like enjoying a cold cider while watching your favourite players in action. The crowds can get rowdy towards the end of the day but security/police are quick to take action. So that's a plus too. Also, if you walk towards the net you can watch top batsmen practising up close. Not just cricket, a game of footy is also very pleasant at MCG.

Very large, excellent atmosphere with 100k capacity yet spacious enough not to feel crowded.
Lots of transport options nearby which makes this stadium a great choice for a good time at a sporting event.
