Real nice indoor playground. I love taking my kids there on a rainy or hot day

it was to slow when we were in the drive thru and to many kids kids blocking the parking lot.

gets very busy thru the drive thru especially on weekend morning

This McDonald's is very horrible. A lot of homeless and drug addicts in and out. They don't buy anything they just sit in there. Also my wife was humiliated by the cleaning lady in the handicap bathroom. She was very rude and disrespectful. She said I have when people come in here and nobody is handicap. Well my wife and another lady are both handicap. We made a complaint to the manager and she didn't Nothing, so I was forced to call corporate office

I think there service is poor and it is not clean at all

I am so sick from eating there alot, I even try going to different ones because maybe that one was just dirty but am getting sick from all them people or black people it not safe to eat at this places be careful

I don't like this place because there food not good and please STOP EATING THE FOOD HERE THANK YOU EVERYONE

This is the most absolute worst McDonald s I have ever been too their credit card machines never work along with there ice cream machines it s ridiculous makes me never want to go to a McDonald s again. Deng and to think this is we re they started in San Bernardino sad sad thing.

I don't really think you need to read a review about McDonalds. . . .you know what their selling and have had thier food before .

Even though the lines were long service was fast and correct.

I love coffee. In my opinion, McDonald's has the BEST coffee around.

Horrible customer service, I ordered 1 frappe and they took forever to give it to me, they fulfilled large orders that came after my order, they didn't give it to me until one of the employees saw my frustration.

Well food was good it's just workers stare at you and took forever to order then took like 15 minutes to get my food and it wasn't even busy

This place was disgusting the play equipment was filthy the toys were broken the windows looked liked the hadn't been cleaned in months .it was very poorly maintained I will not be taking my kids their again

The drive thru can get packed! If you park to eat inside, you may not be able to get out.

How hard is it to get some ketchup? By the time I make it back to my location I notice that we got no ketchup, this has happened countless times. For a parent with kids I do not check the bag because the employee
always assures me that there is ketchup in my bag, usually the first few times there was as of lately they have been slacking on mostly everything. Get no dressing, nor fork for when we do get salad. I expected way more from this location because I've never had this problem, reevaluate your employees, it seems as if they are only there to collect a check while standing around. I'm not one to write bad reviews unless needed to BUT this location is for sure doing horrible with customer service. Why should I go out my way to go back and ask for dressing and ketchup? It's an inconvenience and should of been acknowledged by an employee and double checked that everything needed to make my meal enjoyable is available to me and my family.

I really don't care to eat here much any more sorry

Drive thru line time was very very long McDonalds use to give cards for long wait times like for a ice cream cone or small sundae they need to go back to that

Line was very long, but service good. There is a big hole in children playground that is dangerous. Spoke with Alejandra who said she was manager and says I can call back in 2 hrs to speak with Sylvia store manager . I heard that this hole has been there for quite a while. Not only is it dangerous but makes the kids area look worn down and also one of the red swinging poles was broken . Very sad when not addressed by the managers in swift action.

It's McDonald's, nuff said. Chemicals and preservatives. Just when they're because it was closer than anyplace else in my way home.

I was very disappointed by the worker's not having the right information of a new promotion. Why would I want a medium drink if the sign says "any size drink".

Drive thru was very crowded and seemed to move slow. Once we ordered it went quickly. This particular Mc Donald's is always crowded though. The employees are usually nice and courteous just overwhelmed because of it being so busy.

Very promt Drive through even with special orders was no long wait it was in an out.

It's good food but way too damn packed to where it's a pain and the ass to just get to make ur order way too slow and not enough workers or line to asset customers.

They let the homeless come no matter how bad they smail

I pop into McD's one or two mornings a week for sausage McMuffins for the little ones. I usually avoid this store like the plague, but it's closest to preschool and i was running too late to drive to another store. Twice this week I received sandwiches on muffins so dried out you couldn't bite through them. This store always has issues either with food or staff. I have never encountered ruder or more ignorant workers. It's filthy inside and out. Trash throughout the restaurant. Outside concrete is black and sticky from spills. If you're not desperate for a McDonald's fix I suggest running hard and fast from this location.

Basic McDs. Nothing special. Fries could be hotter, been sitting there.

Food is always great but some employees attitude ruined me ever going to this mcdonalds.. fighting with a customer twice = getting fired! She was a small girl didn't have a chance to see her name date Monday Oct 3 time 6:55pm check ur employees!!!!!!!
