A must in my opinion. An outstanding place. The museum also features museum stores for Mercedes special products. The place is inspiring.
You can easily spend half a day here and if not more then especially car enthusiasts.
Here you only understand why Mercedes is the best car manufacturer in the world. Pioneer in almost every field and excels in every field. And in my opinion, children are also obligated. There is no visit to Stuttgart without a visit to the museum

Competent employees work well organized here. The working atmosphere seems to be a bit cool. Overall, however, you can work together very well.

A juice store that is full of temporary workers who have no rights and are employed as they please. 1,200 temporary workers will be registered by May, with long-term colleagues between them. A shame for such a company!

Friendly staff at the visitor center, with a corresponding registration everything worked out wonderfully.

my last C-Class was just a disaster, although it was new (display and radio broken since the beginning, ...)
in addition there is the fact that the employees are totally arrogant and conceited, they all think they are something better and treat other people that way too! Not only in the car dealership, but also in the head office - unfortunately I had to get to know a few here, some of which are even worse than the individual car dealerships.
For me it was the last car from Daimler, I'd rather switch to foreign manufacturers ...

Been looking for a spare part for my 09 plate E Class coupe, got told it's old and over 10 years so they don't make the part for it anymore.

So much for mercedes build quality as it seems they don't expect there cars to last more than 10 years or ethier that its way of forcing you to buy a new car!!!

Well will be buying another car but not another Mercedes!!!

Now the stock breaks again. You cheat your shareholders, buyers and harms the environment considerably! What kind of manager are you ?! You should finally go to jail for such environmental fraud. At least 1 year in jail per vehicle !!!

Place is like a prison. Too many arrogant people (Germans). Stay away.

Worst customer service; in fact they are sufficiently self destructive for their own business. I moved from US to Canada and was denied loyalty benefits by dealership saying MBF Canada do not respect global customers. I contacted directly MBF Canada and MB Corporate office in Canada. Even after contacting many times, I only received fake assurances that someone will get back to me by the end of the day, which never happened. I can t imagine an organization treating loyal customers like this.

Everywhere suitable for the disabled and wheelchairs, staff very nice, child-friendly and courteous. Regularly changing exhibits and always very interesting. Child-friendly audio guides. Not for nothing one of the most popular museums in Germany!

As a regular customer in the third generation verprellt. Quality of both vehicles bad. Soft paint of the buttons dissolves, Night Edition turns PURPLE and the paint splinters off. Complaints management very bad. Costs should be passed on to the customer although never a goodwill request has been made and always all services etc. were made directly at MB. The next cars at a real premium manufacturer.

Great slogan: the best or nothing! cheating in the exhaust gas values is probably the "best" ... a shame

A great experience, just the lift up looks like from the StarTrek film. Very relaxed atmosphere during the passage from floor to floor. Both thumps up
