In 2016 I started looking for a house in the York area, and through working with my first realtor I looked at dozens of houses that left me discouraged due to not meeting my wants/needs. I decided to inquire about a few houses on my own and Adam responded to my inquiry, asked me for a list of needs and within a few hours sent me a list of 15 or so houses in order of what he felt would meet my wants/needs. The first house on the list ended up being the one I bought! He did a great job of tracking down the right house and helping me through the process of buying it. Adam and his team were more than responsive and also connected me with a trustworthy inspection company, settlement company and bank. They made the buying experience very easy.
Two years later I'm ready to sell the house and relocate again, I contacted Adam and Rob to have the house put on the market. They came over to the house within the next day or two and gave me a list of items they thought would make the house move along a little faster, and put the house on the market. Rob uses a professional photographer that did an awesome job taking the pictures (even took 3D photos for the websites). Within 5 days we were under contract to sell and the entire process went very smoothly.

Rob was a Godsend. Literally. I had worked with several other realtors before landing with Rob and their approach and style was just night and day different. You could tell they didn't care and were kind of all about less work more pay and slimy. Rob is like your buddy. Extremely knowledgeable and honest. But you could tell he has your best interest. He goes out of his way and above and beyond. The best part of working with him is I always felt comfortable and I was taken care of. I put offers in on a total of 5 houses and had 7 that I had interest. All fell thru and I gave up. Then Rob send me an address and I love it 10 times more than the other 7 anyway. In a sales world finding someone you trust and has your best interests instead of their own is rare. You can't go wrong with Rob.
