I live in GA but owned a house in Dover and basically was able to get everything done and sold in a professional, timely manner despite never even meeting Rob face to face. Favorite thing about him was the fact he would return calls and texts and never gave me the run-around on anything. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an agent in the area.
