I had to bring my mom to the emergency room with my little sister. My mom has teo kids im the oldest and when the nurse saw us walking beside here ahe said now only one of you can come with her. I stayed in the waiting room because i was not going to leave my 12 year old sister out here. What would it have hurt if i went back there with my mom. She is back there in pain and i cant eben be with her. I will most likely never come back. I rather drive to Muskogee than come here. The staff if is rude and the waiting time is way too long.

The nurses are sweet and caring, the receptionist is sweet and caring and the doctors are compassionate and caring and the clinic is clean.

I m satisfied. Like the new ER. Pleased

Some of the staff are wonderful while other have no clue or they are arrogant have yet to figure that out. The person that called to set up appointment did not give correct information so my daughter and I lost precious time we could not afford to lose at the peak of the holiday season. The lady at the front desk gave excellent information but could have done without the judgemental tone in her answers but would rather have correct info judge away i dont care.. The lady that put on the heart monitor for my daughter was a ray of sunshine one of the absolute best i have ever seen and i do hope to run into her many times in life under better circumstances of course.. But she made the whole experience pleasant.

Nice friendly and helpful people who work there, will go out of there way to help you if they can.

Dr Jenkins in emergency was absolutely amazing professional and quick right on the money with his diagnosis.

Very healpful knowledgeable dr good bedside manner and made sure i understood everything

Just had multiple surgeries on my left are and my entire surgical team was awesome. They are the best. Took awesome care of me. Thank You All!

This is not the place place to come for emergency. Both of our nurses did not seem to be patient caring or in a hurry to help anyone.

Short wait in the lab, the lab technician was professional. I would certainly recommend the lab.

I haven't been to this hospital very many times as we have only lived in this area for a few years, but I have had good service and friendly people each time. The doctors seem to genuinely care about their patients, and the nursing staff and support staff are always so kind and considerate of the needs of everyone around them. I have witnessed some patients having a rough time and not being nice to the nurses, and I believe that is what causes the negative remarks and misunderstandings of others. I was raised to always be kind to others and in return will reap the kindness of others.

The woman who performed my test was EXCELLENT. However the people at admissions never called her to tell her i was there. She came and found us after we had been sitting waiting for almost 45 minutes.

MRHC has greatly improved in just the past 5 yrs. I'm very satisfied with the care I was given not only from the Doctors, but especially the nursing staff. The nurses of MRHC Are some of the best I've seen.

The doctors didn't listen to me when I was telling them what was wrong. They said that there wasn't anything wrong with me and sent me home. I have had a fever since Monday and am not getting any better.

Late night visit went really well. Great staff all the way from reception to discharge. Great attitudes and they all seemed to honestly care about me. Definitely would recommend!

By far the worst hospital I have ever been in. They almost killed me by overdosing me and shutting my alarms off after surgery. Also tried to send my MIL home when her potassium was critical and she has AFIB and was due to have stents in a week. Thank GOD she begged for 4 hours to be transferred to OKC or she may not have made it. They are very rude there and uneducated. I would highly recommend ANY other hospital if you want to live!

Been trying to get a xray or Ultrasound or MRI on my daughter's knee for two to three weeks
The Doctors said they ordered it when I call for the date of the appointment no one knows or they can't find the request for those procedure to be done.. this place is very to over rated... maybe I could get better service at one of our local Veterinary facilities.

The women's imaging team patiently go over everything from how to access records on the portal to guiding you through the exam. They go out of their way to make the process as pleasant as possible.

I give it 4 stars just because we had to wait for ever. I understand at the time we was there, there was 3 doctors there but all 3 was on a code Blue in the Cath Lab. I understand completely they needed to be there as I would want them there of it was my family member but at the same time my daughter was in a car wreck and we had no idea what was going on with her. Her blood pressure was sky high and she was in alot of pain but nothing was giving to her for pain ..after 5 hours of being there CT scan was ordered and came back clear.. sent her home to only use ice packs and heat...

This hospital seriously needs to be downgraded from a level 3 facility to a 4-5 level facility. They have no specialty units. Cardiology, neurology, etc... Just about everything here gets transferred out.

Was there twice for the same thing. Anemia. Tried to tell all Dr's I spoke with. Nobody would listen. I've been anemic twice before in recent years and knew the feeling. Dr's would not listen me at all. Checked my heart. No diagnosis the first trip but with the fluids I felt a little better but two weeks later back. Like a fool. Should of had relatives take me elsewhere. Will not go back or advise anyone else to go. Tulsa if possible. MRH not like it once was.

This place is a joke me and my boyfriend just went here because he has an infected tooth that was hurting so bad and his left side of his face was swollen he was crying and couldn't even eat the doctor flashed a light in his mouth and didn't even look all she said was he needs to go to a dentist the doctor just sent him home with an antibiotic and a low dose of tramadol for pain. Didn't even care what we had to say if I could give this place no stars I would such a joke I've never seen a hospital so unprofesional in my life your better off going to a VET
clinic !!!! If you feel the need to go to the hospital DONT GO HERE!!!! NO STARS FOR ME!

I was in the ER for 4 hours waiting on a doctor. I was admitted at 12:45 seen two techs then the doctor at three then discharged at 4pm! They never offered snacks or anything and I didn't know where the restroom was. Plus I am 21 weeks pregnant.

Spent the night for tests to figure out why I was blacking out. The staff was very professional and personable. No complaints. First time I didn't have to wait in an DR.
