Geek squad which was recommended by Apple "could not" recover my files. Called MC and they were able to receive me the same day. I showed up and waited while they attempted to retrieve the data from a fried drive. To my amazement, they were able to extract all the files. Unbelievable customer service.

I came here to take an exam for school. The receptionist was knowledgeable and very friendly!
Took a Microsoft exam here for certification. The last Microsoft exam I took was about 8 years ago. Exam rules are a lot more restrictive than they were in the past (phone, wallet, keys, etc go into a locker before you enter the exam room.) Staff was friendly and the testing equipment was modern.
