Was there for the dental clinic. Staff friendly, been going for 4 months and have seen 3 of the dentists. All 3 was great! Do highly recommend!

REALLY BAD SERVICE.. BEEN WAITING FOR 2 HOURS ALMOST 3 AND NO CALL YET.. TOLD THE FRONT DESK MY APPT. WAS AT 10:15 AND ALL SHE SAID THAT THEY WERE JUST WAITING FOR A ROOM TO GET CLEARED BUT THEY KEPT ON PUTTING MORE PEOPLE IN... DONT RECOMMEND.. AT ALL.. STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL .. VERY LAZY... THEY DONT CARE.. JUST GOSSIP AND GOSSIP..

Arrived there at 7:30am. Waited in the waiting room for two hours while I watched so many people that came in after me get moved ahead. Staff was very nice but the wait time and the amount of people that they just let skip in front of you is rediculous. Its 10:30 now and I'm finally in a room but I have a feeling this is going to be another hour or two wait time.

Has too many prompts. Don't know why its so difficult to talk to a human at the front desk

I love the new building! Parking can be difficult. All of the drs and volunteers are amazing. You never know a stranger there

They have taken care if me over 30 years! Great people and care

Did not go for treatment but took my son. People were helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and pleasant

First impression is always the last impression. The wait time is ridiculous. Before I was seen the medical assistant said, "the dr will only take care of 3 the things I really need to be seen for. I wouldn't recommend nobody to go here.

Dr. Gaither is a miracle worker. I thank God for him everyday. The staff in the entire dental department are truly friendly and helpful, which makes the entire experience a God send.

Rosalind Mackey. If you do not like it do not go back. Go to a dirty free clinic where u have to wait all day. I have Been with Church Health for over 15years and have never heard a unnice word come out of anyones

Since they move to crosstown they prices went way up they're not affordable any more.

I met my new Dr. today Dr. Freeman. I have been a patient for quite some time. Today though marks one of the greatest experiences i have had. Dr. Freeman was intelligent, caring, and explained everything in detail. I felt compassion and hope. I also had a dental emergency and was seen in minutes.Dr. Carlisle was the greatest. My spirits have been lifted...i can go on .

I liked it but I am new, my only concern here is that the pharmacy could never get anyone to call them back regarding my prescriptions? When they finally did get someone they could not tell the pharmacist the name of the Dr. That prescribed them? Other than that it was fine....but that is a bit upsetting

I have changed my location and found a real physician, not a nurse practitioner

Recently left a decent review about how I got my wisdom teeth taken out for a decent/cheap price/ now I see why. My teeth havent been the same ever since and Ive been trying to call for a week without being taken off of hold, even after 30 minutes. Doesnt make sense.

Great place to visit. Church Health is located inside the Crosstown Concourse. There are different events, exhibits, and businesses.

The Doctors and the Nurses are super Nice and helpful but the front desk people are super Rude... in the Dental office also. Need to do a over haul soon.

The number of stars tell it all....would like to give more

I highly recommend Church Health Center to everyone! I started seeing the doctors when I had accused broncitis. Then I got into the dental clinic, & I am getting very good dental care! I don't have insurance so it is great for me! Everyone is so kind & helpful! Thx Church Health!

Now that this place has been renovated it's a pretty awesome Open Air Mall type shopping along with Healthcare facilities, gym and meeting rooms.

They help people to get well even if a person has any money

Great place for who have low income to get medical care, very satisfied. They provide everything in medical from Dental, Eye, & Family Medicine.

It's clean, multiple businesses inside and have very nice staff members

The church health center is a blessing from God for anyone self-employed or without health insurance. They have all their services centrally located now at the concourse!!!! And they take very good care of all their patients!!!? I really love this facility!!!

I probably wouldn't be alive today if it weren't for the Church Health Center. I would never be able to afford my doctors visits or my meds!

Pretty interesting what was done to the old Sears tower... Cool vendors, a wealth of diversity and I hope it continues to flourish!

This is a good clinic and you are not sitting in the waiting room for an hour before you see the doctor. It doesn't take long for you to get an appointment you don't have to wait 2 or 3 weeks before you see the doctor either

Really need to update these hours. The clinic is not open on Saturday s. Don t advertise you re open if you re not this was a huge waste of time.

Completely messed up my tooth. Hasnt been right ever since.

There are great people here, don't get me wrong. However, DO NOT TALK TO LISA JOHNSON! She called us and get first question was when are we getting an abortion. Not once did we EVER say we wanted that...in fact, that isn't even an option More

I did not have a good experience, I went 2 times I asked to change the doctor because the one who had touched me did not feel like doing her job. and the second person was the same and even at the reception they treated me very badly. That was a year ago I want to believe they have changed!

Great selection of services and continuing education programs for the public. Definitely an asset to our community!

G S. Morris MD was the most insulting and unprofessional doctor I have ever had to deal with. I have a genetic deformity that needed treatment. He initially refused to show me my X-rays so I could see the bones myself. Morris also showed outward disdain for my having previously used stem cells to treat an injury. He was more interested in how I paid for stem cells (which took all my money) and was now in a grant funded facility having paid $35 for treatment. He insinuated I was going to get what I paid for, which was basically him insulting me, making me cry when it clearly said on my papers I have a severe nervous condition, and refusing to show me my X-rays. All the nurses and tech were fine, but several told me on the way out that many patients have left upset bc of him and there is nothing we can do because he is the CEO. Definitely a Dr. behind the times. I ll NEVER return. I spent three hours there and received no medical advice or assistance. He even jabbed his bare finger in the area t thought was broken causing me to flinch and yelp in pain.

They call themselves Church Health.Am Disabled.never help me win I talk to church health. Change Y'all Name.No Church In That!!!

My Doctor's here at this location and I love it's new setup.. it is nice the atmosphere is calming and the shops are lovely...place to eat and shop....
