I've never met such well-rounded and inspiring individuals as the crew aboard Maple Leaf and Swell. I am thrilled to work for a company with such a big heart!

The trip with Mapleleaf Adventures was incredible, life changing! We saw Orcas, Seals, Sea lions and many more awesome creatures. This area really needs to be protected!! Thanks to our crew Captain Greg, Lynsey, Jess and Dylan. You are all inspiring and awesome people!! Hope to see you all again.

We just had a brilliant trip to Haida Gwaii on the tugboat Swell!
It was a combination of great tranquility in a forested archipelago, historical touring to ancient Haida dwelling places seeing their new and very old totem poles, meeting the Haida watchmen who protect the southern islands, basking in hot springs, learning about the land and sea from the onboard naturalist, hilarity, camaraderie, and utterly superb food on the tug, foraging for wild stuff to eat...crabs!, and overall delightful vacation experience...I mean every one of those stars! And did I mention the generosity of spirit, the expertise, and the fun and patience the talented crew brought to the trip?
This was our second journey on the Swell...the first was the Alaska Super Voyage, and we returned home equally starry eyed.
Bottom line, try the gorgeous wooden tugboat Swell to wherever it is going...you can thank me later!

Our Haida Gwaii vacation with Maple Leaf Adventures was exceptional from booking to completion. This company really knows how to take care of its guests. Its staff and crew are caring and passionate in what they do. We sailed on the Maple Leaf schooner with captain Greg, had fun, saw lots and felt totally safe.

Words can't express my gratitude for the amazing experiences I had on my Great Bear Rainforest Maple Leaf Adventure in September 2017. The trip far exceeded my expectations - one highly coveted spirit bear, grizzlies galore, numerous black bears, sea otters, a sea lion, too many humpbacks to count, orcas, eagles, a sun fish, and spectacular bird, marine and plant life all along the way; plus sailing, fishing, and kayaking. Every single crew member contributed to this awesome experience and I look forward to travelling on Maple Leaf again in the very near future. I highly recommend Maple Leaf Adventures.
