The Mayor's Office, City of South Bend has been doing an outstanding job in serving the community. They have successfully implemented various projects that have improved the quality of life for residents. The staff is knowledgeable and approachable. I highly recommend their services.
They dont care about there employees at central services at all, took there Christmas party, making them work both chrismas eve and day without reason while the people running it go and see there families. On top of everything they all had to work throughout covid with police officers, emts, and firefighters with out any protect. Inaddition while everyone at each near municipal got hazard pay, they recived nothing
What a wonderful place to live. You can search high and low, far and wide, through and through but you shall be hard pressed to find another city like the city of South Bendy.

1-Week Later. It is still outside.
311 operator wrote down the wrong pickup address.
Now it sits for 1-more week.
Supervisors of 311 ...you should have all operators repeat the address back to the caller so this doesn't happen again to me AND more importantly to anyone else.
Very disappointed with 311 Operators at the moment. Shame on You!
