I am writing this revue under my daughter's name but my name is Veronica Reilly and today I had a reason to phone the the Council office in Castlebar. The 2 receptionists I spoke with were very helpful and courteous and passed on my number to Austin who called me back within the hour and he was also very helpful and he passed on my number to a lovely lady, Maureen Costello. I cannot praise Maureen enough for the manner in which she dealt with my query, if I could give you all 10 stars I would. Thank you so much
