I would never recommend anyone to that prison call centre, there is a Team Leader by the name of Bantu Manina, very unprofessional, rude, lacks respect and bad leader. Expect people not to take lunch or even go to the toilet. Punishes people by making them work standing for 3 hours because of sales that are not met. You must expect to work from 8am to 8pm for R2500 a month. Even if you looking for call centre experience, dont go there!
Too much busy outside for my liking, taxis making noise with their hooters.
It was cool and I find it very interesting interesting I
Do not wait your energy
Extremely incompetent, unprofessional and unethical. Go look for a job elsewhere
Would NOT recommend. You'll be expected to work LONG hours without getting even a proper lunch break. They'll scream and shout at you while you work. I always wondered why they kept hiring new agents each and every week and finally figured that most people do not stay long because of the ill treatment they get. Till this day I never got paid!!. If you're looking to get some call centre experience you can give them a shot but best believe it's gonna be a bumpy ride, don't say I didn't warn you.
They make u sign learnership contracts so they can pay you below minimum wage. Think R2000 a month with medical aid deductions and funeral policy deductions. From a medical aid and a funeral policy that doesn't exist. Oh and there is no learnership that you sign up for.
There's just a lot going on there and the employees and ex employees advice you not to work there.
Due to the treatment they give you as an employee.
I have an interview tomorrow but the reviews that I see here are not good at all... Am not so sure anymore
Real military base that place , not for the faint hearted
