Love this place! Beth is great and the classes I have taken have been very good. Each instructor has their own style.

LOVE THIS STUDIO! The yoga instructors are so professional and really zen! I m never pressured to do any poses I wasn t ready for and they always have options for you! The front desk staff is friendly and professional! I always appreciate a kind smile and a person who goes above and beyond to make your experience a wonderful one! This is a businesses first impression so A+ the massage therapist are A-mazing! and then to the Dr. I was thoroughly impressed with how much better I felt after my first acupuncture treatment! A one stop for all your holistic needs!! Keep up the great work Maya!

What a great place. Yoga Studio, natural Therapies, massage, essential oils. I went to Yin Yoga with Trish and it was wonderful. The perfect end to a long day. She was helpful, knowledgeable and conscious of giving the new people an enjoyable experience while challenging her experiences Yogis. I will, without a doubt, drop in here when I am in town again!

This place is a self healing sanctuary where everyone can get a great massage, including mothers to be, all can practice yoga, Pilates, and meditation. Feel free to truly be yourself here.

I m so glad I found this studio. Maya offers the best yin/restorative yoga classes, with several classes throughout the week. These classes are great if you ve suffered an injury which I have.
I d rather go to a nice studio vs. a gym class. Not putting my yoga mat on a gross gym floor. I ve also had massages and acupuncture here as well. Maya is what it says, a whole health studio.

I ve had only positive experiences here. The studio is clean, peaceful, and you can often see bald eagles flying around or in the trees. Love that.
My favorite is Kristin s Sunday 9:30 class (my church). Highly recommend this studio for your yoga practice. I ve been practicing yoga for 10 years, about four years at Maya.

Went to book appointment on line was given options for appointment then told it was NOT a appointment but a request for appointment that someone would text to confirm- day later still no text - I called left message to disregard trying to plan my day then received text canceling my non appointment- appointment- too bad I would have been a great client

Such a cheater. They sold in Groupon valid 3 months and want to cheat the people with their fine print. Need to finish in 30 days. So i paid $50 for a class. It's not worth it for this club. Small , classroom is full people

Excellent studio! Maya has a warm welcoming local community feeling. If you're looking for a place to practice yoga or receive a relaxing massage then Maya would be a great choice.

Working here, this has become my happy place! The atmosphere is so welcoming, everyone is so welcoming and kind, AND our services rock! All practitioners and instructors are absolutely amazing. <3

I took Tiffany's Saturday prenatal class and it was a really supportive place to practice and be in community with other parents to be. The class is open to women at varying stages of pregnancy (and is a welcome space for parents to bring new infants!) and Tiffany offered modifications based on each person's unique body and pregnancy experience. I will definitely be coming back to keep my body moving in a safe and healthy way during the remaining weeks of my pregnancy.
