Called twice after being told not to call anymore. Caller did not state why he was calling. He said it was an opinion poll. I told I don't have an opinion , not to call anymore and he said he would call back later and I said "no you won't" and said adios and hung up.

I worked for this company doing survey calls for a week and half. I decided that this wasn't the job for me so I quit. Ever since I quit, they have been constantly harassing me 4 to 5 times a day calling and texing me about surveys even More

I worked for Maximum research in 2006 and it was my favorite job ever. They let us make our own hours and they took us to the beach if we all made our quotas. For a high school kid, the pay was reasonable. I miss that place.

2 hang-up calls yesterday. 3rd time I asked caller to take my phone number off their call list. I was rudely told they do not have to be compliant with do not call registry. Hoping to get rid of them I answered today. I was told they would ask two questions. They wanted my birth year, then I had to rate politicians from 0 to 100, 100 being ' warm and fuzzy" Seriously?? So I played along. About 10 names in I said, " I thought I'd be answering 2 questions. I received a curt response of " I never said that maa'm" That was it, a rude response gets no more questions answered. I told her to never call my # again. I'll just hang up on them if they call back.

Unprofessional and ridiculous, I d recommend no one to work here. They are rude and don t know how to talk to people. The training is trash you will be unsure about what to do if you are a new employee, and if you do decide to take this job God forbid you mess up on something everybody will jump down your throat. I ve never worked in a more nasty, rude, and unprofessional place before. Good luck to those that decide to take this job.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been calling my office for over a month at least three times a day and I have asked them to remove our number every single time they call. Every time I am met with a "I'm so sorry I'll personally do that right now" but obviously that's their line to spew when they know they will be calling again. Just this morning I have asked them two times within a one hour period to stop calling our offices. It's incredibly unprofessional and walking the border of harassment at this point. Every other telemarketing company has more common decency towards our business than this poorly run service.

This place doesnt even deserve one star. Horrible people that interupt other peoples lives by calling and then hanging up and they wont put you a on Do NOT Call registry. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! STOP CALLING PEOPLE THAT DONT WANT TO BE CALLED!!!!!

the job is so bad , they dont know how to talk to people at all . The need to do better . if i could give 0 stars i would. when people ask to be on the do not call list they say code it as a call back so unperfessional

I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO MAXIMUM RESEARCH. I enjoyed my time working with them for over a year and now I am moving on to Nursing it's my calling. All the Employees, Managers, Supervisors & Monitors we awesome to work with. The job want fun and a great learning experience. Anyone can join the team and fit right in. It really was a five star experience and it has been a great pleasure working with everyone. THANKS AGAIN MAX. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MAXIMUM RESEARCH TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A JOB TO APPLY. I AM GONNA MISS IT I KNOW THAT FOR SURE :0)
