Gino was so incredibly friendly, helpful, and thorough during the process of selling my car. I greatly appreciated working with him and he's a wonderful representation of the company. When I buy my next car I will definitely go to Max Medson Mitsubishi because of Gino!

Gine Cielo was great to work with and Scott Grove added a wealth of information about our vehicle options and the technology behind the Outlander PHEV. No nonsense, knowledgeable work helped make the process of finalizing our selection and executing the purchase just as smooth as I could have imagined it to have been. I've purchased many new cars in my days and this purchase process was the best. I also believe I just bought the best car I've ever had and at a fair price.

Add $599 to the advertised price that you see - this isn't the standard IL Doc Fee, it's straight into the dealer's pocket. This is for a "VIP Prep Package" or something of that sort that Mad Madsen's puts on top of ALL sales. Apparently, this is a mandatory fee for them to vacuum and put the car through a car wash. It was explained as a fee flat fee to make their vehicles ready for sale, such as ding and dent removal, scratch removal, brakes, oil changes, etc...The used van that I looked at had pitted rotors which indicates they need replacing, the body was scratched on nearly every panel, in a couple spots (about 3" radial) the paint was completely peeled and repaired with some matte black paste. They couldn't explain the fee after that.

3 Stars for the clean facility, having the vehicle ready upon arrival, and follow up (I called after).

Something also struck me when going over pricing of their van, which was sitting on the lot for over 3 months, priced at $10K. The salesman said he's confident it'll sell because it's tax time. He pointed in a general direction and said "the low income people" there will be looking to buy as they get their income taxes. Wow! I guess only low income look at $10K cars. I don't know anyone who wakes up everyday and dresses up to go sell Mitsubishi's, but if I did, I wouldn't consider them high income nor label them low income.

I think the salesguy said he drove a fully loaded 2018 Outlander Sport. LMAO. Definitely a high roller.

Edit: They claim confusion. Perhaps it's poor record keeping or inept records checking. Adding a photo of the van from their site with their advertised price. Advertised as $10K, no mention of a mandatory $599 fee. If it's mandatory and it goes to your business, it's the price.

I feel when warranty work is being done or waiting on parts to be shipped in to a vehicle the owner should have access to a loaner car free of charge. Not a discount for a rental. Or offer rental reimbursement

Just purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and I couldn't be happier! We drove 2 1/2 hours to look at the van and with Jon's help, along with his teammates, we found a perfect match for our growing family! It was well worth the drive!! Thank you guys for your time and fabulous work!! We love it!

I reached out to Jon on Thursday regarding the BEAUTIFUL Tesla Model 3 on the lot. He literally had me approved within the next few hours. We drove out from West Michigan on Saturday to pick it up. This was easily the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I am not kidding. We came in, traded in our 2016 Kia Optima, test drove the Tesla, signed paperwork and were DONE. I swear less than 30 minutes and the car was ours, and that is including the time we took it for a quick test drive! Jon got me out from under the 18% interest we were paying on the Kia, and got us down to 5.8%. I am truly appreciative of the help and service we received. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you all again for your wonderful service! I just wish now that you guys weren't almost 4 hours away from home!

I was not certain at the time I came into the show...

I was not certain at the time I came into the showroom if I was ready to purchase a new vehicle, but John did not pressure me at all, just showing me what was available and information to purchase it. I really appreciated that and how easy he made it for me. I feel comfortable knowing Mitsubishi is close by and your service people and sales people have always been extremely helpful.
