Yamaha service is really worst..! i m very dissatisfied with yamaha..! hope they look forward to improve this..! waste of money to invest in Yamaha bikes..!

This service center is far below average. 3-4 years back they were doing fine but now they have degraded their customer satisfaction stuff. And the most important thing i noticed was that if u don't change spare part or engine oil from there during servicing they only wash the bike and give u back. They wont even grease the chain & clutch. So my question is, where is the servicing part gone dude??? They are always in hurry to finish the job without giving quality service to customers. So guys better shift to other service centers of Yamaha rather than going to Teku Branch. Teku branch service center, one suggestion for you guys as well, Take only those numbers of bike that u guys can handle in a day.

They don't call you for any update, even when they say they will.

They destroyed my construction project .... It's is expensive and it doesn't meet the minimum compression test requirement.

Servicing center for yamaha which is not good at all

Giving the least of a star bt i would give zero star.Very rude customer service i had problem in my new yamaha scooty and when i said i never had such issue in my old scooty (which was dio at that time) and this guys from yamaha said ''kina kinnu bhayeko ta Yamaha bike dio nai kinyeko bhaye hunthryo " how rude is that ?? i would never ever will recommend anyone to buy yamaha product not because the product is bad or what so ever but to avoid dealing with these rude people.

Not only did the Amaha bikes for the new model not only sell on the market, but also all the model bike parts were readily available. Can't you find something similar at your dealer?

Worst ever experience. I have bought yamaha fascino scooter few days back.I
have just drived 60km. It is giving unusual engine sound and headlight also not working. Today I have been to yamaha show room and service center at Teku,Tripureshwor. I waited about 2 hours and returned back with not even checked by mechanics. They just asked me to wait wait and finaly did nothing. Its my first yamaha bike in 20 years of bike driving and really upset of buying yamaha scooter. I seriously request all not to go for yamaha, really f**king people at yamaha service center, Teku

I am totally dissatisfied with periodical servicing and maintenance done from this branch.
My second bike servicing was worst experience in this branch. This branch does work in hurry.. they believe in number of services provided in quantity rather than quality. Posters are clamped in wall regarding 5S but the operator they didn't even poses all the equipment in their tool box. They roam here and there in search of tools. Washing is so poor in this branch. I have done 2 times servicing and washing of my bike was not in the level of saying good. Moreover they are not finishing the job they hold in right time. In both of my servicing date, they told me to come in their allocated time to pick up my bike but always I am supposed to be waiting for extra 2-3 hrs. Well there are so much complaints from me about this repair centre.

Manager is not good, he changed my starter but it was working. If you need official service from yamaha with friendly behaviour then please visit Sankhamul yamaha workshop. Dont ever think to go Teku. They are only for earning rather than customer satisfaction.

Helpful staff and well maintained showroom. The workshop does need a better management on housekeeping.

THIEF AT YAMAHA SERVICE CENTRE!!

My bike was fine before it entered servicing. Later my chain got changed, my gear box started to make noise while shifting gears, my engine throws smoke, and makes some noise. And then when I teek them what is this, they say we don't know, u need to change them all.
Before I never had a problem, my R15 was serviced there always, but this time, the team had changed, when new people there.
They say that " throttle ko nut chaina. I told them how come my bike wasn't making any sound before and now it's making sound and throwing smoke, they say me again throttle ko nut chaina. " I asked them to put and I'll pay them, they say nut isn't available, now u need to change the complete throttle set. Later just to confirm, I asked them if the nut can fall itself, and they said no, and then when I say them that where did the nut go? They are still clueless. My bike enters the service centre and looses it's throttle nut itself.
I think some ghost at Yamaha stole the nut and then they become clueless.
OR THE PEOPLE AT THE SERVICE CENTRE STEALE THE PARTS, AND LATER BLAME THE PERSON WHOM THE BIKE BELONGS.

Very arrogant staff. Doesn't even let the customer touch their bikes in the showroom. Spare parts always scarce. Don't try.

Good choices and offers but it was not clean enough and it was not well managed as well.

I liked the service they gave me. The mobile was outdated though.
