They do not realize they work for the community, they think we work for them.

They never get anything done and they will reassure over and over again that they will take care of problems with your home. Deborah our assigned person at this company was all talk and when I called her out for pushing off for 9 months she tried to belittle me and became very defensive. She was totally unprofessional and overall awful to deal with.. She insisted that much of our HOA goes to administrative fees and paying them, but FOR WHAT???? They accomplish nothing and then insist that the money is to pay their costs?? And then to top it all off, after nearly an entire year of pushing us off, they dumped all our problems off onto a new management company. If you have this company managing your property, GOOD LUCK!

This agency just know how to spend, spend and spend your money until the budget runs out and they will increase your monthly but doing nothing. Too many expenses that did not make any sense. The real problem still there and you the home owner have to deal it yourself.
