My husband bought my engagement ring at a big chain store. It really is a lovely ring, but after receiving it, we have read enough poor reviews and had our own shady experiences with the semi-annual inspections that we came running to Maus for reassurance because of their impeccable reputation. We are always given incredible service and they bend over backwards to give fair prices. Most recently, we were told at Zales that my ring had a loose prong and would need to be sent out for at least three weeks for a hefty price. It sounded suspicious to us, so we took it to Maus, who fully inspected it for free and ensured it was all tight and safe. They performed this service with a smile and for free. They are amazing and we will only buy from them moving forward!!

Very nice people and great customer service. I went in after work to buy a new watch. Despite my being pretty dirty from working all day I was treated very well and received excellent service from the staff.

I will definitely shop there again in the future.

I purchased my engagement ring and wedding band approx. 25 years ago from the owner now who was the same owner 25 years ago.
I have had exceptional customer service every single time I have entered his store.
He stands behind his products 100% and takes great pride in his work. He is honest. Has integrity and is humble.
I have no desire to enter a chain jewelry store where their goal is to sell you a piece of jewelry from the moment you walk you.

At Maus Jewlers I have never felt any pressure to buy something I am looking at. They will give suggestions and tell you about other options but if you tell them your not sure or not ready to buy they have always been respectful to that.

This is why, when I am ready, I go back to them. It doesnt matter if there were to be a price difference between them and a bigger store, I dont even bother checking around.

Went to Maus to have my great great grandmother's engagement ring resized and the staff was super friendly and funny! The jeweler answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. They told me it would be about 2 weeks but they called me a week later to say it was done! I will definitely use them for our wedding bands!

Never Got Order-Owner priced custom necklace. Manager decided not to process order in a petty move. I'd even given her the Catalog #s and she brought the corresponding beads onscreen. 2 other employees knew how important this was to me.
