My husband bought my engagement ring at a big chain store. It really is a lovely ring, but after receiving it, we have read enough poor reviews and had our own shady experiences with the semi-annual inspections that we came running to Maus for reassurance because of their impeccable reputation. We are always given incredible service and they bend over backwards to give fair prices. Most recently, we were told at Zales that my ring had a loose prong and would need to be sent out for at least three weeks for a hefty price. It sounded suspicious to us, so we took it to Maus, who fully inspected it for free and ensured it was all tight and safe. They performed this service with a smile and for free. They are amazing and we will only buy from them moving forward!!
