We recently used the Matt Curtis team to purchase our second home! What I can share with you is that the process that Matt Curtis Real Estate uses is "Superior". Each part of the process is handled separately which makes it very easy to do business! We saw the house during the first week of January and closed the first week of February! At Closing we received a bag with helpful home supplies and rewards cards and coupons for movers that saved us $500.00. The relationship with them is an amazing connection even sending us Birthday Cards with free Ice cream coupons and free movie tickets for our entire family now several times! We will use Matt Curtis Real Estate in the future!

Rosemary Gwin at Matt Curtis Real Estate is THE BEST! During our introductory phone call from another state, we told Rosemary what was important to us in a new home. A week later we made our first trip to Huntsville and were here for one day. Rosemary took us to see four houses that fit our criteria. We loved them all but settled on one and made an offer that was accepted. We did not know at the time just how competitive the market in Huntsville is.
